Beachfront holiday rentals in Magdalen Islands

Great place super well equipped and very clean. Well located near the beach of La Grave and the small shops on the dock. Eric gave us good advice on discovering the surrounding area. We highly recommend this rental.

The location was great with easy walk to beach for sunset. The proximity to the park was wonderful and close to town for easy access to restaurants and grocery store. The house was clean, but dated and very camp like, rustic. Had a few flies and bugs come out when we warmed up house but we're manageable. Overall a nice experience and an enjoyable stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this place!! Dave was friendly, responsive, and had great local recommendations. The cottage was in a truly beautiful location, very clean, and had gorgeous interiors. We travelled with our baby so appreciated the access to a pack ‘n play, baby gate at the top of the stairs and in unit laundry! Our only regret is we couldn’t stay longer! Hope to be back one day. We stayed a week in Nadene’s cottage in Ingonish and it was perfect for us. The location is excellent and the proximity to the beach and views are exceptional. The cottage is equipped with everything you need for cooking or grilling and the satellite TV was a bonus. We’ve stayed at a number of places over the years in Ingonish area and none are better than Nadene’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Lupin Cottage was the perfect location for us as we explored the areas close by and ventured out to take in as much of the island as time would allow. The views around the cottage are amazing and there are several outdoor venues in order to enjoy them. The house is bright and modern yet cozy and peaceful. It was a great fit for our family! We absolutely loved visiting PEI and staying at Lupin Cottage while the Lupines were in all of their glory was a huge blessing! Our thanks go out to Ana-Maria and her family for their hospitality.

We had a wonderful time in Cheticamp. John was helpful for suggestions about hiking and restaurants. I would highly recommend his beautiful place.

All I can say is Wow! Truly exceeded our expectations. So private, clean and comfortable. So many things to do and what a view! The host was excellent with great communication. 5 Stars!!! :)

House was huge! Perfect set up in the entertainment area with nice couches and large tv. Bedrooms were nice! Clean place! Would stay again!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! As two photographers, we wanted to see all of PEI. The Happy Place was perfect as a base for traveling the rest of the Island. Josie's home was just what we needed for two couples, each having their own side for privacy. With the location on a dead end street, it was quiet and peaceful with amazing sunrises every morning. All the amenities were as described, WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front porch was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing at night watching the moon rise. If we ever get the opportunity to go back to PEI, The Happy Place will be our home away from home!!

I had a lovely time in the Zebra studio. It was very cozy and clean. The location was very drivable to anywhere on the islands. It was a quiet neighbourhood in early May and I went for a couple runs in the area and wasn’t bothered by vehicle traffic. Alice was quick to respond whenever I had a question and her husband JF helped me organize doing laundry one day. Would recommend this listing for sure!

Amazing spot!! You feel so at home and yet you know this is a very special treat. The tiny house is so simple and beautiful. You are on a lovely field overlooking the ocean. You can see the stars and moon from the bed I chose. And listen to the ocean. My son and niece loved the bunk beds. And the lovely stone shower is one of many added touches that makes this private, peaceful getaway feel like a luxury.

Our stay at Erik and Gemma’s beautiful cottage in North Rustico exceeded our expectations! Was truly a magical week with lots to do on the north shore, even during the quieter season in early October. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect! Spotlessly clean and super cozy. We were sad to leave what we think must be the best spot on the island to stay! A 5-Star BnB all around, and would 110% recommend it to anyone visiting PEI! Can’t wait to come back again someday soon!

Beautiful location and very peaceful especially in the evenings. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the wind was amazing. The place was very clean and the extra amenities provided were great after a long day of hiking. The snacks provided were so nice! Would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Manon's place from the first to the last moment. The apartment is excellently equipped and offers a fantastic view of the sea and the neighboring islands. Absolute cleanliness and a super easy check in. From the ferry it takes three minutes by car. Manon was always easily accessible and gave us good tips for the island. The Magdalene Islands are still a real insider tip, especially now in autumn, almost no tourists were there and you only share the islands with the local residents. We had wonderful days and good luck with the weather. If the arrival from Germany were not quite as long, we would certainly come back to this jewel in the Saint Lawrence Golf. Definitely we would stay with Manon again, merci beaucoup et à bientôt!

We had a fun time! Everything was very clean, and respected the advertised amenities. The cottage was very well decorated, and warm, which made our stay as pleasant as possible. We also loved the privacy of the second bedroom (cabin). We would definitely recommend it! Everything was perfect (and what about the beautiful sunsets we witnessed from the cottage). We are thrilled that we chose to stay at Dave and Mei’s beautiful beachfront home. The home itself exceeded our expectations and appreciated all the extra things that the hosts did to make our stay memorable from the early check in/ late check out, welcome snacks, restaurant/activity recommendations and helping to sort out transportation for our visit to the inn at bay fortune fireworks feast. Highly recommend this space for a quintessential PEI experience. Big thanks to Dave and Mei for hosting us and can’t wait to visit again!!!
