It was so perfect in all aspects of what I consider to be the best, the most beautiful vacation time inside the home and with the beautiful outside surroundings that I plan to come back. The quiet location with a stunning Sea-and-Mountain-Views from every room in this spacious, tastefully furnished apartment was extraordinary. Donatella communicated very promptly to any thing in writing and her daughter-in law and her son responded by delivering whatever needed to be done. I am also extremely grateful that I was picked up and taken back to the ferry. I have fallen in love with Portoferraio and “my vacation home”, especially the quiet, calming views, the best snorkeling beach in less than a 10 minute walk, my favorite Gelato place, and the amazing walk along the medieval wall up to the historic old town with sites and great restaurants. I did not rent a car, but I would next time because there are other diverse nature places worth exploring. Gracie mille!!! Until I will see you again!

I stayed at Daniela's with my partner for two weeks, she is the husband, very kind and discreet people, available in every way. The accommodation is located in a very nice village, quiet, ideal for a relaxing holiday and 5 minutes from Magazzini beach. The proximity to Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri is a small plus.

This is a really magical place. The view, the atmosphere etc. everything very special. I haven’t slept so well in a long while, such a calming and restoring energy. Amazing also for kids to play safely in the castle. We will come back for sure! Thank you for the great stay.

Nicoletta is a delight, helpful, caring, attentive and accurate The apartment is really charming and comfortable, centrally located and easily accessible. I already knew Rio but thanks to Nicoletta I discovered more great details so as to further appreciate the whole island!!!! Bagnaia is a small town, perfect for a family who wants to enjoy the sea with a small child, the apartment is really a few steps from the sea! Francesca grew up there and in telling you about it you will find it engaging and it will transport you to her memories. Francesca's apartment is essential but with attention to the smallest details, with everything you need or could need: we also found salt, oil, detergents. Knowing we were traveling with a child in tow, in addition to the camping cot, Francesca provided us with books, towels for the child and then lent us the life preserver and even the perch to bathe the child in peace in the shower! Thanks Francesca, we will definitely come back to visit you to add memories!

For us it was a wonderful stay, we found a clean, tidy house, which was not missing anything to have a wonderful vacation, we almost felt like we were at home! Friendly, helpful and kind hosts!! We'll definitely be back!!

This spacious and stylish house has an unimaginably beautiful location. 3 bedrooms upstairs, one with private and two with shared toilet/bathroom, partly with balcony. 1 room downstairs with private toilet/bathroom and another room with 2 beds with access from the kitchen. We only used this room as a pantry - the kitchen is not particularly large, especially the work surfaces are very small. But it has everything you need. Large common rooms, with possibility to fire up the fireplace. Well-functioning gas grill with iron plate outside, two covered seats, two sun decks, rather small pool with great views, laundry room and large forecourt. The driveway is a bit adventurous - I don't know if our sprinter would have mastered the steep dirt road without 4x4. In Magazzini there is an extremely good diving school (Unica Diving) and a good restaurant. Shopping 5 min by car, 15 min to Portoferraio. Very good communication with landlord and Sergio comes immediately!

We spent two and a half weeks in Mirjam's beautiful house in May. Thanks to the good communication, the exact directions and the photos, it was very easy to find. The 800m unpaved road up the hill may take some getting used to, depending on the type of car, but it is easy to manage (except perhaps with low-lying sports cars). And then you're up there and you see the sea, which is closer than it looks in the photos - wow! The house itself is spacious and very well equipped with all kinds of appliances including vacuum cleaners, as well as cooking and eating utensils and a marble worktop in the kitchen. The terrace with table, chairs, large parasol, loungers and hammock leaves nothing to be desired. The distances on Elba are not far, nearby there are supermarkets, fruit and vegetable stalls, a fish shop and actually everything else you need. Mirjam always responded to our questions very quickly and kindly. We felt very comfortable!
