Holiday rentals with a sauna in Madulain

Great location, breath-taking views. Only problem was the pool was broken and sauna not accessible which is the main reason we booked the place. Other than that, a great stay with a nice sleep.

This holiday accommodation is simply a dream! The modern, stylish design is impressive from the moment you arrive – high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. The luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired: the private sauna in particular is an absolute highlight and ensures perfect relaxation after an active day. Also practical: two spacious parking spaces in the garage - ideal for families or friendly couples with two cars. The surroundings are equally impressive: nestled in a dreamlike landscape with plenty of nature, wonderful hiking trails and great excursion possibilities. Rest, relaxation and comfort are combined here at the highest level. Whether for a romantic getaway or a longer stay - we will definitely come back! An absolute recommendation for all those who value style, luxury and nature.

We had a great stay. The flat was modern and exactly as described, was well equipped and very clean for airbnb standards. The host was very accommodating and quick to reply to our questions. Check-In was easy and very flexible. The free-to-use pool and sauna was a nice addition, especially as we had a few rainy days. The only real downside was that, especially with rain, the busy street in front of the building was very noisy. It was fine with the windows closed, but much too loud to sleep with open windows. It also had fairly cheap parking close by and most things were within walkable distance, including some decent restaurants. Great option for a couple/2 people to stay for a few days.

The stay at Marica's was great, she responded quickly to messages and the accommodation was really beautiful, we felt very comfortable. The breakfast every morning at the door was also simply awesome. The wellness area was great, you could relax well. We can highly recommend it. Thank you, Marica.

We were very excited about the apartment! Great location and quiet, the amenities leave nothing to be desired and we love the place Scuol anyway. A big plus for us was the swimming pool, which we used after every hike. Thank you Julia and Christian for the great stay!

We are more than satisfied and happy to have found this place! The apartment is super well maintained, clean and is run with love, which you can feel in every way. The hosts are super friendly and always ready for tips or a little chat in between. The great bus connection makes it very easy to get to the surrounding towns, which made many things easier for us. We recommend this beautiful little place 100% and would be happy to come back.

Check-in was very easy and explained very well by the host in advance. The place was clean and exactly as described. There are numerous restaurants nearby in case you don't want to cook. We can especially recommend breakfast downstairs at the hotel! 😊

A very nice, well-kept and cozy apartment. There is everything you need and we felt at home from the beginning. The location directly on the Rhine is great and the village of Andeer is a great starting point for beautiful hikes. The check-in was straightforward and Ladina is a very friendly, helpful hostess. We will be happy to come back .

Very nice modern apartment with an amazing view of Lake Como

beautiful location. i prefer varnessa to belagio. flat is just the right size for a couple. if there's anything I want to mention is that it's in a much higher location than I expected. one would definitely need a car for more frequent visit to the town below. the host is so friendly and always available and responsive.

Jochen's penthouse apartment is bright and spacious and surprisingly quiet given its location close to the village centre and the ski lift. We loved it there and would hope to return sometime. We would highly recommend it.

Great place where me, the wife and dog could unwind over the long weekend. Very peaceful surroundings and the accomodation was excellent. Easy to find, well equipped and clean place with a sauna. Would love to go back in the winter.

An amazing, rural, mountain location and a quiant swiss mountain lodge. An excellent place to get away

We had a wonderful week at Carmen's house. The location in Spurano/Ossuccio was perfect because it was quiet yet within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants. The Greenway provides good walks around the area, including accees to the chapels of the Sacri Monte. The sports bar in Ossuccio was great value for money and we also ate at the lido in Sala Comacina. From there you can also get the boat to the Isola (very peaceful - we had the whole island to ourselves) and you can find Amalia Ostinelli's grocery store for all your essentials. The kitchen diner is superbly equipped and stays cool even on the hotest days. The bed is really comfortable and the whole house is beautifully presented... old and quirky but with all the modern comforts you would expect. On top of that you're literally a few steps from Lake Como. We loved the spa, especially the jacuzzi. All in all we loved it. We were sad to leave and could have happily stayed another week. We hope to return one day.

The area was really quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing, with a crazy view that left us speechless. The apartment clearly exceeded our expectations: everything was taken care of in detail and very clean, you can see that there is a lot of attention and love in the management. The host was exceptional, always available and super friendly. He also recommended a great tavern to dine at and we had a great time. It is clear that he really cares about his guests, welcoming them with care and dedication. Upon our arrival, we found a lot of things to eat for breakfast and aperitif, a truly appreciated gesture that made us feel right at home. I really hope to go back soon, everything was perfect!

Beautiful place to stay for example for a family trip. Top kitchen equipment and great kitchen appliances. Perfect base for a hiking holiday

We had a wonderful stay at the Fellner house. We were 10 adults and 5 children and the house/the division of the rooms was made for us. It is a super nice area with plenty of excursion possibilities in less than 30 minutes. We once had a problem with the warm water, but it was taken care of within a very short time and for the rest of the stay everything worked wonderfully. The furnishings of the house are also great and leave nothing to be desired. Thank you!

A really beautiful and well-appointed home in Ticino - I look forward to possibly staying at other places of Do-Minus in the future. The included breakfast was lovely. We cooked in the kitchen the night before and it has everything one needs. Making a fire in the kitchen was cozy - the kitchen was a bit cold in the morning (0 degrees Celsius outside) but the rest of the house was very warm. The hot tub was great - I would note that in cold weather the sauna may not get warm enough and it is only made for two people at max.
