Cozy Country Studio Suite

Fully furnished getaway (queen bed) 10 min. from downtown Oxford, Miami, and 15 min. from downtown Hamilton. Non-smoking inside room (smoking outside only). On owners lot located on 2 acres. Air mattresses available to accomodate additional guests. We now have an upstairs unit as well. It has outdoor access and can only be rented when you have additional guests. It has a queen bed, fold out couch, and full bath. If you would like the extra space, it is an additional cost of $30 per person.

4 bedrooms 3 full baths consisting of 4 King bedrooms. 1 Queen pull out Murphy bed. A crib located in the primary bedroom. Located mins away from University of Dayton, Wright state University and less than 30 mins from Wilberforce. Host home of the NCAA First Four Tournament. There are total of 5beds to sleep on based on 2 persons per bed. We also have sofa and you're welcome to use air mattress if you like in the laundry room. No more than 12 persons can stay per night.
