We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and thoughtful — not only did they offer excellent recommendations, but they also genuinely cared about our experience and engaged with us enthusiastically. It really made us feel like we were part of something special, not just guests passing through. The home was easy to find and located in a fantastic, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by trees. Inside, everything was beautifully set up with a clear understanding of a traveler’s needs. The kitchen and fridge were thoughtfully stocked, which made it so comfortable that we actually found ourselves cooking and enjoying most of our meals right there at the Airbnb. Overall, the combination of great hospitality, a lovely setting, and such a well-prepared space made this stay truly memorable. Would absolutely recommend!

Sanjana's place is very spacious, clean and extremely organized. Check in is very smooth and the place is located in a very peaceful locality. If you're looking to relax and have a huge, comfortable space all to yourself, go for it! Perfect for a big group.

Our stay at villa oreka was wonderful well maintained property with all the amenities everything was clean with fresh towels and the caretaker santosh was very helpful throughout our stay always there whenever we needed something and he knows all the local areas and famous tourist spots so definitely recommend this property.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Beautiful villa with a relaxing environment and comfortable rooms, aesthetically pleasing and tastefully furnished. easy to locate. It was well supplied with utensils and there were complementary games and books for entertainment.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Our stay at Pavitra and Raj's apartment was absolutely wonderful!❤️ The apartment was just as aesthetic and beautiful as shown in the pictures, even better in person. It had such a cozy and welcoming vibe that instantly made us feel at home.✨ The location is peaceful and quiet, yet conveniently close to all the popular party spots in Goa. The apartment was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, making our stay super comfortable. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout. We're already looking forward to staying here again the next time we're in Goa.

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

I had a great stay at Nitin's place in Arpora! The location was convenient and peaceful perfect for a relaxing Goan getaway. The space was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Nitin was an excellent host, always responsive, helpful, and made the entire experience smooth and hassle free. Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a comfortable spot in North Goa. It was a great place and great stay for us during our recent trip. Penthouse looked as in the listing and was clean. All rooms were very spacious and had thoughtful interiors. Location is very near to the beach and also near to very wide roads. Parking was available. All facilities inside the flat was very good. There was a big pool but we did not use it. Check-in & check-out were smooth. Kyle was very responsive and friendly. He had given some suggestions for food and shopping. Overall, me/ family enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

I had an absolutely wonderful time at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was just perfect. The home was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. Payal was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. As a first time visitor and new place she was really helpful and take caring all the time. The little thoughtful touches – like live plants and welcome note – made all the difference. The location was peaceful and scenic, yet still conveniently close to everything I needed – restaurants, shops, and local attractions. I especially loved waking up to the gorgeous view every morning and enjoying coffee on the balcony. And the private pool was really enjoyable. This stay exceeded all my expectations. EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC, STAY WAS REALLY REALLY GOOD

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Everything was neat and clean.Caretaker Atul bhaiya was very helpful in keeping the house clean everyday and flexible. Rohit ensured to share all recommendation the day we landed.Even coordinated and ensured smooth check in as we arrived bit late in evening.
