Holiday rentals with a patio in Madeira

Прекрасный вид из балкона и из квартира на бассейн и океан. Всё работает. Высший класс жилья. Самый лучший район Фуншала с дорогими отелями в округе. Рядом торговый центр. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. До центра Фуншала 10-15 минут на машине.

Super host - very responsive and provided excellent recommendations. Great location to explore on foot and by car. Parking no issue, and easy drive to airport. Apartment was tremendous. Balconies allowed us to have breakfast in the sun outside admiring the views. Walk into town about 15 mins down hill - not too strenuous. Lots of Ubers that were inexpensive, so easy to get about. We had x4 full days in Madeira which were full of activities. Palace Gardens and Levarda walks were excellent. Truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We loved our stay at Marta’s place! It was so charming, clean and comfortable. The view was absolutely magical. We saw so many rainbows. The mountain view was so peaceful and calming. Marta’ s place was pristine, comfortable and well stocked. We highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sao Vicente. A perfect stay. Marta was very responsive, welcoming and friendly.

One of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! We absolutely loved our stay. This apartment is a dream – incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated with so much love and fully equipped with everything you need. The ocean view is breathtaking, and the location is wonderfully peaceful. Filip and his family live above, but you still have complete privacy with your own entrance. Filip is such a kind and helpful host – we received great tips about the area. His wife Renata surprised us with the most delicious cinnamon rolls we’ve ever tasted! The neighbor was also incredibly friendly and gifted us fresh bananas from his own garden. Renata and Filip went above and beyond to make our stay special – they even provided gifts and baby food for our little one. It’s clear that they put a lot of thought into making their guests feel welcome and comfortable. We can definitely recommend this place. If you have the chance to stay here, don’t hesitate – it’s a true gem!

It was just the way we expected, too bad the jacuzzi needed so much time to warm up that we didnt use it.

Cristina was a wonderful host, always available with helpful tips and recommendations. The apartment was very clean and tidy, furnished, arranged and equipped in the best of taste. Stunning view, very quiet, even if very near to the expressway, and because of that perfect located to get everywhere easy and quick. Restaurants of all kind available within short driving time. Overall - very advisable!

Absolutely Perfect Stay in Madeira! This Airbnb was hands down one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the hospitality, cleanliness, and stunning views. Stefanie came out to welcome us. The home was exactly as described—if not better. Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The ocean and mountain views every morning from the balcony. It felt like a dream. The location was perfect—peaceful and quiet, but still close enough to restaurants, hikes, and shops. Stefanie was fantastic—super responsive, helpful with local recommendations, and made us feel completely at home. We truly appreciated the little personal touches and the attention to detail. If you’re coming to Madeira, book this place without hesitation. We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you

Great host, very quick to respond. Great accommodation, very clean and tidy and so nice to have the pool. Very hilly, nice walk down into town but would recommend getting an uber or bolt back to the apartment. It’s only 5 minutes and €5 for the trip.

Beautiful, newly renovated place. Pleasing and soothing colors. Fabulous view and ocean sound. Excellent water pressure (best shower of the four places we stayed!) and very comfortable bed. Like so much of Portugal, narrow and somewhat steep stairs, but not problematic. Easy walk to market and restaurants. Short drives (20 minutes) to lots of hiking, and about a 35 minute drive to Funchal. We had a great time here, and highly recommend for a couple!

A very peaceful and private place to stay in Sao Vicente. Being spacious and having great views makes it a perfect place to rest between activities. Beds are comfortable and closets are fantastic. There was port, fruit, and cake waiting for us, which was a welcoming touch. It is about a 35 min drive to Funchal and closer to an hour to get to and from the airport. Less than hr to elsewhere on the island. Notes: 1) Access: To get to the restaurants and shops is a steep climb with stairs or road, so be prepared to drive down or get some exercise :) 2) Parking and layout: The gated 2-car port is on the roof of the home and is at the end of the street where there is viewpoint parking. It may be a little tight getting in and out if there are cars. You go down 1 floor to get to the bedrooms and one more floor to get to the living room/kitchen and pool. 3) Shopping: There is a grocery with long hours down at the shoreline (10 min walk). This chalet is absolutely beautiful! It was exactly as pictured - if not more lovely in person. It was peaceful, clean, and so cozy! We enjoyed making a fire in the fire place when it was cold and rainy. Ana was so responsive and let us check in early and was helpful giving directions and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Hot shower, comfortable bed, washing machine, full kitchen - everything you need! There are, however, some pros and cons with the location to consider. This is a remote property in a small village - which is what makes it so pretty, unique and peaceful. It’s also off the main road on the way toward Pico de Areiro which is great if you’re spending time in this location hiking, canyoning, etc. However, keep in mind it’s very remote. I really did not like driving back there late at night and was a little uneasy sleeping there at night because it felt so remote - but if that doesn’t bother you, I couldn’t recommend this place enough! We would stay again!

Carla was a wonderful host! She provided detailed instructions, was responsive to our questions, and the apartment was very well appointed. The kitchen had everything you could need! Enjoying coffee on the deck, overlooking the water, was an unforgettable experience.

Meine Familie und ich haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Dannys wunderschönem Haus verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, modern und bestens ausgestattet – es bietet wirklich alles, was man braucht. Besonders schön war der Ausblick auf das Tal. Der Pool war nach einer Wanderung auf dieser wunderschönen Insel ein echtes Highlight! Danny ist ein großartiger Gastgeber: Er reagiert schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder mieten und es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Un endroit idéal lorsque l'on a besoin de calme et de recharger les batteries. Tout est propre et de bonne qualité, la maison est moderne, très bien aménagée, lumineuse et spacieuse. Joao est très accueillant, attentionné et très réactif. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous reviendrons dans ce lieu paradisiaque.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by Fernando. The villa is situated in a beautiful and quiet location, offering amazing views and a lovely pool that's perfect for cooling down. You can really feel the warm hospitality of the host right away. During our stay, we had a small issue with the toaster, and Fernando replaced it immediately — a great example of his attentiveness and care. We had a peaceful and relaxing time, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway. Please note that the ascent to the house is quite steep, but this is completely normal given the island's topography — and the views are well worth it! Highly recommended. We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Funchal. The space was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. Perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location was ideal: quiet but still within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. Check-in was smooth, and the host was welcoming and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Madeira!

Serene sea side getaway with beautiful ocean views and plenty of food options nearby. If you want to explore the Western side of the island this is the perfect spot to serve as a launchpad for said adventures. Amazingly comfortable bed and stunning place to catch the sunset. Two thumbs up!

Wirklich ein super schönes Apartment! Genau wie auf den Fotos, man fühlt sich direkt zu Hause. Der Blick ist atemberaubend! Würde jedem empfehlen hier zu übernachten während man in Funchal ist. Bis zur Stadt sind es ca. 25min zu Fuß. Das Bett ist super bequem. Jederzeit wieder :)

Great location and views. Plane and street noise did not disturb us as we kept bedroom windows closed. Everything you need to cook. WiFi can be a little spotty. I would stay there again.

Great apartment within walking distance to the center of Funchal. Exactly like the pictures and the terrace is really amazing! Very quiet neighbourhood to stay, even with the ongoing construction sites nearby. Parking space is a real plus as well.

Superbe appartement ! Parfait pour un séjour a Madère. Le logement est tout équipé avrc une salle de bain par chambre ce qui est très pratique pour un groupe de voyageurs, la résidence avec piscine est un vrai plus. Je recommande fortement ce logement. Hôte disponible pour toute question.

Super Unterkunft, direkt am Meer gelegen, man kann direkt aus dem Bett aufs Meer schauen! Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet, man hat alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein Stellplatz für den Mietwagen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren super zufrieden und kommen sehr gerne wieder!
