We had a fantastic experience staying at Ma'am Belle's place in the heart of Cebu City. The location is very convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and key tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Ma'am Belle was an exceptional host. She was always quick to respond to our inquiries and very helpful with directions and local recommendations, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. Her warm hospitality truly stood out. The accommodation itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It felt like a home away from home. We highly recommend Ma'am Belle’s Airbnb to anyone visiting Cebu and will definitely choose her place again on our next trip!

great place for a family! the pool iwas a big hit with the kids. Franco recommended it to us because of the amount of people we have at our party and Franco's recommendation was perfect!

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The host is accommodating and responsive. The unit is nice and clean. All appliances are working. We had a very comfortable stay. We did enjoy our stay especially the kids. Thank you. We will definitely come back soon.

The place was good and clean, and the view from the balcony was immaculate during sunrise and sunset. There were 2 AC units in the unit but both work just okay but not as cold as it should be (given we set them at 16 and took some time to cool the room). The unit was in Tower A and it was quite a maze jut get to it since there was only one entrance so brace yourself if you have a lot of things. The unit had not blackout curtains as well which was a problem for light sleepers like me and my partner. Another thing, we brought our cat with us since I saw on the details that they were pet friendly but then there was another separate payment for our cat which was NOT included on the details. I just wished the unit handler includes this on the details. Nonetheless, the place was good, wifi was okay, and it was clean.

I only stayed for 9 hours as i had a flight to catch. But Very proactive and responsive host, Cherry gave clear instructions for check in. The place was very nice and clean. Bathroom was great. She reached out if i needed anything and i had forgotten shampoo and soap and she was able to accommodate. Highly recommend their place, short or long term stay!

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.

We had a great stay at this place, it’s worth the price. There was 11 of us, family group, the unit is spacious and we are able to do simple cooking like pancakes, fried eggs, rice etc, it’s so homey. Thanks to the host who lent us frying pan for cooking hahaha, they are so generous. Distance to airport - our flight was 5.30am, booking a grab car is so easy, super convenient; the airport is less than 10mins aways from the condo. No sweat! If I go back to Ceb, I will stay in the same place again.

Recommended place to stay, especially it's near the airport.

The room and place was clean and comfortable. Everything was just as whatvwas indicated on the description and shown on the photos. Sir Jorman was bery friendly, responsive and accomodating. There's lot of things you can do around the area if you reaearch enough. There's a fee of ₱350 to access the shared beach. It's worth it since you can access all amenities including their infinity and only 7mins walk from OMP. There's also a nearby Bus Terminal if you want to go somewhere especially to Cebu City Tops. Fare was only ₱51 from Mactan Newtown to IT Park Lahug. Hoping to go back to make new and better memories ✌️

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

We arrived late at night. The location was perfect, It’s very close to the airport. The home was cozy and clean, and The hosts were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!

Located in the center of Mactan Newtown, it is convenient and safe. Great views and looking towards Mactan Shrine. The rooms are in good condition and there are no inconveniences. We stayed for over 3 weeks for our study abroad program. Cleaning and laundry of linen was optional, so we did it ourselves, but it was not an inconvenience as we had all the tools. Staff response time is always fast and friendly.　 The rooms are on a higher floor, so you can hear the ocean breeze on windy days, and the sound of concert events when they are being held in town, very clearly. It is not as soundproof as a hotel. I would recommend this room to anyone who enjoys living in Mactan including that. I highly recommend staying in this apartment, especially for families! 日本人の長期滞在者へ：私が持ち込んで便利だったもの　 1.ボックスティッシュ　 2.スティックの洗濯洗剤　 3. 予備のトイレットペーパー（周辺の店でも手に入ります。） 4. 珈琲ドリッパー　 5.ピンチハンガー　 バスタブはありますが、栓がなかったのでシャワー専用と思った方がよさそうです。 虫除けを持って行きましたが、蚊はほとんどいませんでした。アリは少しいますので、食べ残しは必ず冷蔵庫へ。
