This was one of the most beautiful places I have ever visited and the surrounding area was amazing. Everything was at our fingertips and there were many places to visit and destinations to explore. The area was so peaceful and the people were so friendly. Maria and Chris were delightful to visit with and more than accommodating. A great place to stay as your temporary home in Tagbilaran City. Feels like home with beauiful veranda and view of the sea. What we also love is we’re able to cook especially Bohol have fresh seafood!! Great value for money. Just make sure to book your transportation in advance..

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. The interior and the pool looked just like the photos. Though the place is a bit aged, everything was clean, and the towels and bedding were fresh and crisp. It was clear how well David and his family care for the home — even the pool was beautifully maintained. Manager Allen was incredibly responsive and kind to our family’s needs. The firefly tour he arranged was an unforgettable experience — far better than others we’ve seen. When my niece wanted a nail service, David’s wife kindly took her. There was a small issue, but she did her best to help, and we’re very grateful. We also used the chef service — every dish was delicious, and both adults and kids enjoyed the meals. Our family had such a happy and memorable time here. If we come back to Bohol, we’d love to stay again. And lastly, thank you so much, Allen! :)

Feels like your in the province with a big front yard where you can play or run around and with friendly dogs guarding. Overall it was a nice stay.

Such a wonderful, huge space for groups. I really think we got more from what we've paid for, with all the amenities available. Everything you need to cook and prepare your food is literally here. Kitchen area is huge with all the necessary cooking utensils + huge refrigerator. You'll also enjoy spending time downstairs because the living room also has an airconditioner. It has a big sparking space for 3 cars and grilling area at the back. Water pressure is okay but the shower head upstairs could use some cleaning. They're also pet-friendly, my furbabies loved spending the time watching the cars passed by at the terrace. Ate Dory is very warm and responsive to our needs too. We will surely be back here when we come back to the South! Recommended place for groups, couldn't ask for more :)

I had an absolutely amazing stay here. From the moment I arrived, I felt truly at home. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my entire stay, always checking in to make sure everything was going well. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which really added to the warm atmosphere of the place. I stayed for eight days, and during that time, the caretaker was always available and ready to help — no matter the hour. Whether it was day or night, I always knew there was someone I could reach out to if I needed anything, which made me feel very safe and supported. The house itself was exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Every detail had been thoughtfully arranged to make guests feel relaxed and at ease. All in all, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you so much for everything — I would definitely love to come back in the future

We loved our stay! The Airbnb was cozy and well-maintained, with a great kitchen. But what really impressed us were the little touches – embroidered towels and luxurious bathrobes! It was such an unexpected luxury, feeling more like a boutique hotel than a rental. The location was convenient, and the host was fantastic. We'd absolutely stay again.

The place is very homey. You can find everything that you need in the kitchen. Sir Manuel is very responsive in all my queries. The place is also near and accessible. There is a parking space with minimal fee. The place is clean and quiet. We also enjoy the big tv with netflix. Wifi connection is also in great speed. No problem with our stay. Definitely will book again in our future stay. Thank you.

To be able to arrive at the location, Micmic will be your guide as provided since it is not found in the main road. Path is a bit bumpy but passable. When we reached the venue, the ambiance and vibes was fresh and relaxing. The place looked as the way the pictures depicted it. We enjoyed the hammock at the 2nd floor, the trees sorrounding the house gave it a cool effect. Mic Mic was very helpful in every way and in little things we need like ice and even provided us coffee and bread the following day. All was doing great except early dawn the AC in the other room down stairs just stopped and my mother and sister had a hard time sleeping as it was humid and were worried that if they open the windows, insects might get in. It was addressed around 6am past. Ada made mention to Micmic that they will refund a partial amount back to us-- that will be appreciated if ever. I suggest also that if they can put a mirror in the house and added electric fan. Over all, we enjoyed! Will come back

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

Gloria was an awesome host! She was super responsive and flexible and the pool was amazing! Lots of tuktuks and restaurants nearby as well. Definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay with the unit was great and was pleasant. It was not your usual unit that you would need to surrender your keys for leaving and coming in. Everything was just smooth and Kenny was so generous enough for us to ket us stay the unit earlier than what is usually agreed on as we have arrived in Cebu early. Kudos and recommendable. My family and extended family of more or less 30 stayed in the place for 3days 2 nights. The whole place was so clean, the ambiance so perfect for a family vacation and its much more. Our group of different age groups enjoyed every detail the villa has to offer. The kids as well as the kids at heart loved the waterfalls and pool, the gen z loved the picturesque ambiance and took pictures all over the place, the millenials enjoyed coffee and drinks by the pool where they catch up stories and did karaoke night and the plantitas appreciated the beauty of the plants surrounding the place. Its peaceful, quiet as what has been explained and we loved it. It gave us the intended rest we needed from the hustle of the city life. Overall, we would be very glad to recommend the place to our friends and would consider coming back again next time. Thank you so much for the wonderful accomodation! 🫰

The place was beyond what we expected. Rooms are spacious, lots of areas to hangout, kitchen was well-equipped, large yard, and the caretaker who was there was extremely helpful. Host was also honest enough to inform us ahead that there are some renovations on going which actually didn’t get in our way at all. The only downside for us was the beach- it wasn’t as clean esp during high tide. Good thing they have kayaks, we still get to enjoy it. We were told they’re currently working on a swimming pool in the property, looking forward to booking again once it’s ready!

It really is a beautiful place and a wonderful home. Very accommodating for a big family and CJ and Jocelyn were very proactive in making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

Staying at Andrew's felt like we were living at our own house. The photos are exactly how they look in person. The location (Maite) is walking distance to Tubod beach and San Juan center. *bring insect repellents as the house is a garden cottage surrounded by plants and trees with insects and bugs.

I'm hesitant to provide reviews, especially for places I truly adore, as I prefer to keep them under wraps. However, I feel it's unfair not to share my experience. Firstly, the views are breathtaking, particularly during sunrise. Nature lovers will find this spot captivating. The property is immaculately clean, and the pool is a welcome bonus after a strenuous hike. I celebrated my birthday here yesterday and the hosts were incredibly accommodating to my friends and family. Randy and his wife, the caretakers, ensured our every need was met, making us feel secure and at home. Having stayed in numerous Airbnb properties, this one stands out as the best. I'm already planning my next booking.

Me and my family enjoyed the place as it was very nice and quiet and we were able to see the beautiful view of the mountains that is so mind relaxing..We liked the fact that the place is very private and no neighbors nearby and no roasters and no noisy dogs barking. Wish we could have stayed more time and hoping to see the sunset but unfortunately it was always cloudy and a rainy afternoon while we’re there so we never get the chance to see it but nevertheless I recommend the place for family gatherings and celebrations…
