Holiday rentals with a patio in Mactan

I would like to thank you john for accepting my booking /staying. And to the caretaker si ate very responsive whenever i need help or questions she was able to response my call or text right away. And the place is very relaxing! Love the seaview.

The host has been very responsive even prior to check in and makes sure you have a comfortable stay. She also has a great caretaker, when we need something they assist promptly. I highly recommend the place especially for those who have travel plans to go to the north and south of Cebu.

As someone who stays at Saekyung Village frequently because we visit my mother-in-law, this is the best airbnb unit here. We are so impressed with the cleanliness. Every detail, and even thought to it. It has everything you need, there is a 7-eleven within the village to get other stuff if need. Mind you, we are clean freaks, so I was impress with the bed linens and curtains. Thank you to Mohamad and his team for a wonderful, restful stay.

One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. The room is so cozy and fits for group stay. It is highly recommended for those looking for peace and relaxation away from chaos. However, the swimming is always been crowded and has not enough space for they only have 1 pool divided into two. Indeed, overall experience is AMAZING! 😍 Thank you so much. 💙🩵🤍

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony
