Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mackinac County

Beautiful view of the water! Close to many good restaurants & shops. This room is connected to an inn, and the large, shared deck is connected to the bedroom and living room. There could be noise from other guests while you are there. The entrance is next to the lobby with the vending machine, so again- the other guests will be nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area… beautiful location!

Our stay here was great! The place is as advertised, clean, comfy, and well equipped. There is a great sun porch for enjoying views of the lake. Location is perfect as it’s a short walk to ferries and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Bridget’s place and stay again!

We loved our stay above the Boat House. Room was clean and uncluttered, but with a few books and games to make it cozy. Location was quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting on the deck with a book. I would definitely stay here again! Carol was a great host, even letting me keep the room an extra couple hours until the ferry came.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Carol's. The apartment was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location was great as it was walking distance to all St. Jame's has to offer.

This truly is a 5 star stay! It was convenient to the ferry and walkable to most of the things we wanted to do and see. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay. The bakery downstairs was a wonderful bonus with everyone being very friendly and helpful. Natalie & Brian were very proactive about asking if we needed anything, if everything was going well. Great to answer questions about local hikes and different bays on the island. The island is a great place for people who like the outdoors, birding, biking, kayaking or snorkeling(in summer). The locals are so friendly and welcoming. Natalie and Brian are outstanding examples of what it means to be an islander. The grocery store is right next door if you want to cook, if not the cafe downstairs is open at 8am til 2. I recommend the French toast!! There are a few other places to eat near the ferry dock.

This apartment had room to spare! It was well-stocked, very clean, and was filled with sunlight. What struck us the first time we entered, and each time afterwards, was just how roomy the apartment was. The 10-foot ceilings only added to the feeling of spaciousness. And since we were there after the busiest part of the season, it was also blessedly quiet. The attached deck was a bonus that offered a beautiful view of the harbor.

A big thank you to Rose and Mike for a pleasant and restful experience. Beaver Island has a culture all its own, and their hospitality reflected it. They were very responsive and helpful, especially with ensuring we had everything we needed. Will definitely recommend them and go back as soon as we are able.

We really enjoyed our time here! The space was just as described and pictured. It was very well appointed. My daughter, couple friends and I enjoyed playing board games that were available. The kitchen was really well equipped as we made a couple dinners while we were there. The location was an easy drive or walk to downtown St. Ignace and the ferry to get to Mackinac Island. Would definitely stay there again when we are in the area again! And thanks for the bottle of Michigan wine. It was a happy surprise after a long day of driving!

It is the perfect vacation place. This place has direct lake access with scenic peaceful surroundings. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay and cherished each moment we spent. Barbara's place feels like home with thoughtful attention to details. Especially if you are traveling with a big group or kids, she has provided enough toys and supplies like kitchen/bath towel, coffee etc. Highly recommended Just one thing to mention, the King bed is on a lofted bedroom which does not have four wall enclosure like regular rooms. I think this is a Michigan architecture style and looking carefully at the pictures you can easily figure it out. So something to be careful about for a big group

Eight of us (4 siblings and spouses) spent three nights here. We had a great view of the bridge and a very peaceful location. Host did a great job, house was very well stocked and extremely clean. Highly recommended!

My family had a fantastic stay here! The location is AMAZING. You really can’t beat the distance to the ferry if you’re planning to go to Mackinac island, it’s truly down the street to the ferry station, not even a 5 minute walk. There’s also a fascinating Ojibwa museum next door and an ice cream place within walking distance for more fun activities in the area. The host Oxana was very nice and responsive, and the airbnb looks exactly like the pictures! The pull out couch is also very comfortable. Would love to visit again! :)

When they say looks can be deceiving, thats what you get here. Upon arrival the home looks small but it isn't. It is very spacious and has a "homey" feel. Rooms are large and usually we have to use our egg crate to help sleep on unfamiliar mattresses but not here. It was amazingly comfortable. They have gone above and beyond with providing little extra things that other homes have not in past stays through airbnb or vrbo. They communicated so well on all aspects before we got there, through the stay and afterward. The faith based signs throughout made us feel like we were in our own home and the selection of games and movies looked like many that we have in our home. Overall we would rate it a 20 out of ten stars. We generally go to Mackinac Island once a year and we definitely want to stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Spent a few days snowmobiling out of this place. Was a great place to stay.

The condo was definitely worth every penny! The host was very communicative and we had a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset Condos. It was quiet and away from the busy Main Street area. It is next to the Inn at Stone Cliffe so there were a few options for eating. However we were disappointed that the Inn would not rent us bikes since we were not staying there. You would need to get a taxi or walk the 2 miles to Main Street if you want to rent bikes. We loved the view off the balcony and the bed was comfortable!

Our stay was lovely. The condo and property in general were very well kept, the pool looked nice, and there is a nicely maintained fire pit /seating on the water! It’s right on the Straights looking towards the bridge. Inside was clean and comfortable, cozy without being small. The kitchen was big and fully supplied. Plenty of room and kitchenware to cook a great meal. I would stay here again, and we’ll leave it at that. Thank you!

Quiet, private, beautiful location. Close to main Mackinaw City shops, etc. without the tourist traffic. Just a heads up as far as good for 4 guests, the extra bed is a sofa bed. All in all an excellent place to stay.

The Condo was spotless and in a peaceful location. Stocked with what you need. Nice view from the balcony off of living room. Close to Mackinaw City. Only 4 or 5 minutes to restaurants and ferry to Island. Would book again if we are in the area. Bridgett was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

It was just what we thought. Holiday weekend for our first trip. This was a convenient spot to come back to and relax. Very clean, comfortable. 4 Adults were not crowded. Owner responsive for a few questions. Happy with stay.

Bridget's place was spotless clean and the condo has a great view of Lake Huron. Check-in was easy and property manager Carol was very responsive to our questions. Bathrooms were thoughtfully stocked with toiletries that made our stay easy. Will definitely stay there again!

5 stars!!! This place was perfect for our trip to the UP! It was spacious, spotless, and had absolutely stunning views of the lake. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made everything easy and stress free. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again the next time we're up north!
