Private entrance out back, winter access thru the garage. Laundry facilities in the garage. Driveway parking. Well behaved dogs are welcome - see rules. Fenced backyard with fire pit. Spacious apartment close to boat docks & downtown.

We are one block from Sheplers Ferry Line to Mackinac Island. We do sit on the main street, so you will get some noise. There is a view of the bay and it’s a great spot to watch summer fireworks. We are within walking distance of our downtown stores, Restaurants, and Ice Cream. We share a parking lot, so we are close by if needed. This is the first floor of a two story building with renters in the upstairs. There is a dog on Property. The washer and dryer are located in the basement.
