Las Claras Rural House

Casa Las Claras has three double bedrooms, two of them with double beds and the third with two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, as well as a living room, kitchen, and a Canarian patio inside. Outside there is private parking, gardens, leisure and reading areas, and a large terrace with a swimming pool. Although it seems large, the house can be adapted in a very cozy way for two people to feel at home. However, reservations for special events and parties are not allowed. We, the hosts, live on the other side of the house. We share the pool terrace with our clients, and although we don't really use it, if there are clients using it, we need to go through this area to enter and exit our house. It is ideal for children, they have surroundings where they can run, play, as well as a corner with beach sand. In the house there is satellite TV, DVD, change of towels on the third day, washing machine service for stays longer than a week, etc. Far from the worldly noise of mass tourism, it is located in the village of Tías. The place is very quiet and with very easy access to the center of the village. You can walk there in ten minutes and find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, a health center, and of course, La Ermita de San Antonio where there are usually beautiful exhibitions of painting, sculpture, etc. To enjoy the countryside that surrounds us, just behind the house there are a series of trails, included within the network of island trails, and that can make you enjoy wonderful views and a pleasant walk. You can also find a public transportation stop less than five minutes away. From this place, visiting the island is easy. Almost in the center, the longest journey takes 30 minutes by car. The nearest beaches, Puerto del Carmen, can be reached in 10 minutes and the beaches of Papagayo, 30 minutes, ideal golden sand beaches. In short, we invite you to get to know us, enjoy a cozy place where birdsong will be part of your company during your stay.

A spectacular house in an amazing garden.

The house is situated in the beautiful valley of Femes. With its own garden nestled amongst the Canarian Palm trees and other lush plants. The feeling is of a lot of natural light. The house and garden are perfect for relaxing in and enjoying the fine weather you can also take a dip in the Jacuzzi. The location is perfect for the spectacular beaches of Papagayo and the unspoilt beauty of Playa Quemada it is also in a central spot for exploring the rest ofthe island. The night skys are great

It is perfect for two people with all the amenities they need. Fantastic place to stay, absolutely loved it. Carol & Tim made us feel extremely welcome and were happy to let us share their stunning villa - they’ve made the accommodation feel like home. Everything is so well stocked and in excellent condition. They kept in touch throughout the week so any questions we had were quickly answered. Cab driver found the villa a little difficult to locate upon arrival but our flight was late at night so it was very dark - much easier in the daylight! Would highly recommend. Thanks once again Carol & Tim - we had a brilliant holiday.

Very new and impeccable apartment. It's not on the waterfront, so it's very quiet. Salvador is a sweetheart and has facilitated everything. The Golfo is great to disconnect. During the day it has a lot of tourism, but after 9 no one is left.

Adrian was a wonderful host, so accommodating and helpful. The villa is stunning and has everything you need for a brilliant holiday in Lanzarote. It was perfectly clean, very comfortable and the pool and views are incredible! Not to mention the games room (which went down very well with the kids). Would highly recommend staying here as it’s perfectly located for some peace and quiet but still within a short walk to restaurants and shops. We would love to go back! :)

I stayed at Irene’s place for a few days and it was really well located for various spots that I wanted to visit on the island. I didn’t actually explore the town itself but it seemed very peaceful. Irene’s house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Irene was always very responsive to messages. I would stay here again!

AMAZING!! we loved this trip so much and Aramita made it even better. When we ran into an issue with our car at the beginning she went above and beyond trying to help us and making sure we were safe. The house is even bigger than the photos and more beautiful-especially the garden. Would 100% stay here again and in any of Aramita's rental properties.
