Family-friendly holiday rentals in Machos

Great place to stay: modern, comfortable and close to the beach. Super clean and had everything we needed. Carlos is a wonderful host answering all my questions within minutes. It’s conveniently located to places to eat and stores. Checkin/checkouts are super easy.

Our family of 4 had a great time at the apartment and enjoyed the pool and beach. Having a kitchen was so convenient. We visited the kioskos de Luquillo and El yunque during our stay. Included parking was also a plus.

Geoff and Vanessa were wonderful hosts during our stay. They checked in a couple of times during the stay to make sure everything was going well. The made us aware of some local sea turtle hatchling activities on the beach which were so much fun for us and the kids. The condo was clean and spacious and perfecty located to utilize the pools and the beach. We couldn't ask for more gracious hosts and better home base for exploring the island. We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

The Happy Yellow Beach house was everything we needed! It was a great location for us to explore Puerto Rico! The home provided all the amenities and space we needed for 6 adults. The pool, hot tub and outdoor spaces were great! We would definitely come back!

this was my second time staying at the bird nest and it was just as wonderful as I had remembered. the host was very accommodating and the location was very convenient and very clean and had everything I needed

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

For a one night impromptus stay it was pretty good.

This is our 5th or 6th stay here. As usual it was very beautiful, rustic and peaceful. Even though we had a power outage the host had candles and matches for us. Also we brought some of our own solar lanterns. Water was out too since we had no power but we brought in water since we know how to prepare to stay in Puerto Rico. Host was very quick in sending someone over to check on everything but the power was out of their hands. Absolutely a serene magical place to stay. Clean, lots of stuff to use in the kitchen. Lots of room.

The most beatiful beaches of Puerto Rico are in Vieques! John and Karen home is near to all of them. Restaurants are at walking distance and activities like night kayaking at the bioluminicense bay, horse riding at sunset and atv tours are incredible! Ferry to the island is about an hour trip out of Ceiba. Thank you!

Doel’s place is even more beautiful and awe inspiring in person. We had a perfectly relaxing weekend surrounded by nature. Our studio apartment was clean and cozy, had all the amenities we needed. Even though there are shared spaces, we still managed to have a lot of private time in the pool and patio area. Doel is a very responsive and friendly host, he made my husband and I feel right at home. We were looking to disconnect from our fast paced lifestyle and just enjoy some down time, this was really a perfect getaway to do just that. Waking up and enjoying a hot cup of coffee while breathing in the fresh mountain air is a luxury. Don’t hesitate to book any of Doel’s listings. This truly is a hidden gem and we will definitely be booking again.

Beautiful place the patio on the roof top was so beautiful we enjoyed dinner one night with the fresh breeze coming in. Most definitely stay again . One down fall the Google maps and Waze didn’t give me direct directions keep sending me a different way , but I contacted the host and they responded fast enough ,also the first night had an outage and the host did composited me for half of the night . I’m going to say that’s normal there but i didn’t know either way the place was beautiful .

We had the best time at this rental! I think it was the best unit in a wonderful complex. Unit was right by the ocean and one of the complex’s pools. Sitting on the patio was lovely, watching the ocean and enjoying the breeze. The host was extremely helpful, providing recommendations and tips whenever we needed them. We will likely be staying here again!!

Our stay at Alberto's place was very good! The condo was clean, cozy, and perfectly located. Alberto was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. This property is stunning, with a beautiful view and lush greenery. The pool was a huge hit with our kids. I was so thrilled to hear and see coquís at night, a special part of the Puerto Rico experience. There are two separate parts of the house so this worked well for our multi-generational family visit. The property is a short drive to El Yunque and several beaches, despite the property being in a more forest setting. Monica was very communicative and helped with lots of information, including restaurant recommendations. There were towels and beach/pool towels which was helpful. There are two cats around but not inside the house. Monica was attentive regarding any concerns or questions we had.

The photos do not do this airbnb justice - you just have to experience it for yourself! We spent every evening sitting on the balcony enjoying the view. The AC in the bedroom made it very comfortable to sleep. The location is perfect - 15 minutes to Luquillo, 20 minutes to El Yunque, and across the street from the marina for excursions. It is a very easy drive from San Juan. Definitely recommend!

This place was awesome! The location is guard gated and feels very safe and secure. We spend most of our time on the large balcony staring at the boats coming in and out. The property was clean and had everything we needed while we stayed. Including air-conditioner. It has an elevator which is great for people with back problems like me! The location is close to delicious restaurants and is a short drive or boat taxi to beautiful beaches. Tony gave great recommendations and was always responsive when we needed him. I will be back with my family! Tony should be a Super Host with his beautiful property. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay. The communication was great and Gisselle walked us through any issues we had. The property is well spread out and our family of 6 had plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean. The balcony is massive. It has two furniture sets which allowed us to enjoy delicious PuertoRican coffee in view of distant islands of Vieques and Culebra. Our kids loved spending time at all 3 swimming pools. The location was a great place to be a hub. We visited Old San Juan, and about 30 min to El Yunque and Cieba ( ferry to Vieques & Culebra). The apartment was cool with AC in every room and ceiling fans. I HIGHLY recommend this apartment! Thank you Gisselle for making g our visit to Puerto Rico memorable! ❤️ 🇵🇷
