Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

House in the countryside, the cottage is adjoining our home. My place is close to the racecourse; you will appreciate its calm, the comfort, the view; the nearest beach is 15 minutes and 45 minutes from Nantes. My place is good for couples and families with kids who want to rest or people who want to work quietly.

Cozy and independent 60 m2 house with one floor, in the town center. On a quiet street and close to all amenities promoting a good stay. The ocean is 3 km away and the Breton marsh is close to the home. Access to the train station (TER Nantes) is a 10-minute walk away.

Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
