Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Right near the beach. Easy street parking nearly always available. Supermarkets close-by. The balcony/outdoor space was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, hotel-grade for sure. Each apartment has every single thing you could need or want to be a home-away-from-home. Bathroom out of a magazine, Large TVs, fast internet, all cooking utensils you could possibly need. Even included some extra "goodies" like fruit, juices and coffees for breakfast throughout the week. Host was extremely responsive, quickly addressing anything you may need. Wish I extended my stay honestly! Would've loved to have spent my whole trip here. Thanks for a wonderful stay Marcello!

Wir waren drei Tage da - Marco war supernett und wohnt direkt nebenan und war immer für Fragen erreichbar. Schönster Blick von der Terrasse in die Marken - Straße kaum befahren - Ausstattung für 3 Tage ausreichend - sehr süße Katze die die Kinder geliebt haben!

Nonostante un inconveniente con l'alloggio Michele si è prodigato risolvendo al meglio, permettendoci di godere al meglio del nostro soggiorno !

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful villa! The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking mountain view from the swimming pool — absolutely stunning and peaceful. Paolo (Stefanie’s husband) is a fantastic hosts — incredibly friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and activities, which made our trip even more memorable. And all of this with an excellent english. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’d love to come back!

Appartamento bellissimo, pulitissimo, con vista mare dalla vetrata in cucina. Aria condizionata, sia in cucina che in camera .Spiaggia libera davanti alla casa con ombrellone e sdraie messe a disposizione da Endrio. Spiaggia attrezzata a 50 mt. Ristoranti a 100mt . Pizzeria che consegna a domicilio. Tonia è perfetta, ha esaudito tutte le nostre richieste facendo in modo che la nostra vacanza fosse fantastica. Grazie

Die Unterkunft von Domenico ist traumhaft und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Es fehlte uns an nichts, die Ausstattung war fabelhaft und der Pool ist super schön angelegt. Für uns als Familie mit Baby war es der ideale Ausgangspunkt für kleinere Tagesausflüge ins Inland und für gemeinsame Zeit am Pool. Die Kommunikation mit Angela war sehr angenehm und sie war immer einen Schritt voraus. Vielen Dank für alles - es ist absolut empfehlenswert!

The most beautiful place in Italy. We enjoyed it so much. Michela and Massimo are the kindest and sweetest people. Our stay was perfect. The view, the apartment, the garden, .. everything was with made with so much love the and lovely details. We will come back.

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde a pochi minuti dal centro di Sirolo e in cui è possibile usufruire di un parcheggio della stessa struttura. piscina molto ben tenuta bella vista sul mare sulle campagne circostante. sicuramente un'ottima esperienza rilassante allo stesso tempo coinvolgente.

Mir und meinen Kindern hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen. Der italienische fler widerspiegelt sich an jeder Seite. Ist auf den Bergen von Gualdo, es ist definitiv ein wow Effekt.

Appartamentino carino con affaccio sul mare, attrezzato con tutto l'occorrente per la tua vacanza. L'host Silvia molto gentile e disponibile, è stato proprio come essere a casa mia.. Consiglio vivamente per una vacanza all'insegna del mare e della tranquillità!

Sabina è stata molto diponibile e codiale. l'appartamento accogliente ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. il terrazzino vista mare è stata "la ciliegia sulla torta". i dintorni sono incantevoli e comodamente raggiungibili. se torneremo nelle Marche sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Claudia ist eine sehr herzliche und immer ansprechbare Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und super liebevoll eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung haben wir einen leckeren Wein aus der Region erhalten und auch noch ein paar weitere Goodies wie süße Aufstriche, Nudeln mit Soße (damit niemand bei der Anreise hungrig bleibt) und auch noch Mineralwasser. Das hat uns sehr gefreut und wir haben uns super aufgehoben und willkommen gefühlt. Die Betten waren super und die Ausstattung hat nichts zu wünschen gelassen. Der Tischkicker wurde von uns nicht genutzt, ist aber natürlich eine tolles Extra, gerade für eine Gruppe oder Familie mit Kindern. Eine Einschränkung dafür, dass die Wohnung deutlich dunkler ist als auf den Fotos dargestellt und der Essplatz draußen war recht weit von der Wohnung entfernt und nutzbar für alle Anwohner der Anlage. Die Wohnung ist kühl - bei hohen Außentemperaturen willkommen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig und sehr gepflegt.

Valentina and Marco have a lovely place at the quiet end of Citanova Marche. We were a group of 4 adults, an infant and a dog and we were comfortable and felt well cared for. Valentina and Marco accommodated a late check out and provided a lovely crib and high chair. Very responsive and kind - thanks for a pleasant stay!

Di passaggio per tornare a casa, siamo stati benissimo. È un appartamento con 2 camere da letto, ognuna con proprio bagno e condizionatore. Vi erano prodotti di toelette di diverso tipo. La vista è stupenda e la posizione ottima a 5 min dal centro storico. Molto comodo il parcheggio all’interno del condominio, per noi che avevamo tanti bagagli è stato importante, anche se Ascoli è davvero tranquilla. L’ascensore arriva al terzo piano e poi occorre fare una piccola rampa, per noi non è stato un problema. Alessandra è stata sempre molto disponibile e gentile, sicuramente sarà il mio riferimento per un successivo soggiorno ad Ascoli.

Terrazzo sul Conero was an amazing farm stay. The appartment was very clean. It had a balcony with beautiful panoramic views. From the farm we were able to do the hike- Passo del Lupo. Sirolo is a short 2 minute drive from the farm. The beaches also a short drive. Spiaggia Michele and Spiaggia Sassi Neri. Since it was off season we were able to park nearby. The family lived on the farm. They were very kind and as I spoke Italian had some good chats. Even gave us some of their home made oil to try.

Appartamento molto spazioso e ben curato nei dettagli. Ci siamo sentite a casa. Gli host avevano lasciato anche alcune cose per la colazione (tra cui latte, marmellatine, crostatine ecc..) e per la pulizia. Non abbiamo dovuto pensare a far spesa perché c’era già lo stretto necessario (come il caffè per la mattina, il sapone per le mani ecc..). Nel bagno erano riposti anche kit per igiene personale molto apprezzati. Fabio e Monica sono stati molto disponibili, reattivi nelle risposte e cordiali. Una esperienza molto positiva!

Soggiorno incantevole. La location super suggestiva e tranquilla. Un paradiso immerso nel verde e nella tranquillità, dove si possono fare diverse attività: dall’oziare nella splendida piscina al barbecue, dal ping-pong e biliardino al godersi sulle sdraio la tranquillità del posto leggendo un buon libro. Eravamo 5 ragazze e non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla. Alla reception c’era Alice che ci ha accolte e fatte sentire a casa. Super disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza, nonché per consigli sui dintorni di Civitanova. Stra consigliato. Ci ritorneremo assolutamente anche per fare l’esperienza nelle bubble room e nella spa.

la casa bellissima, tutto nuovo e pulito. host gentilissima e molto disponibile. La jacuzzi e uno spettacolo, ci siamo rilassati sia dopo il viaggio che ogni sera al rientro dal mare. sicuramente da consigliare!

Schöne Unterkunft mit einem toll gepflegten Grundstück und vielen schönen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen ! Der Blick vom Pool aus auf die Landschaft der Marken war unschlagbar !! Die Gastgeber Wendy und Paul waren überaus nett !!

Das Casal del Sole liegt auf einem Hügel in mitten der tollen Landschaft. Man hat einen einzigartigen 360Grad Rund-um-Blick. Ideal auch mit Kindern, da es einen kleinen Spielplatz gibt. Tischtennis, Kicker und genug Platz für gemütliches Sitzen an diversen Chill-out Areas oder gemütliches Grillen. Vom sehr großen Pool hat man einen sensationellen Blick auf die schönen Hügel. Wir haben 2 der 4 Wohnungen bewohnt und waren jeweils sehr begeistert. Die Wohnungen sind top ausgestattet, besonders natürlich die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss mit der tollen überdachten Terrasse Die gesamte Ausstattung der Wohnungen, Poolbereich, Ruhezonen, extra Küche ist sehr sehr gut und durchdacht. Stefano und Alessandro mit ihren Familien kümmern sich bis ins letzte Detail um alles. Selten haben wir so eine Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail irgendwo erlebt. Hier kommt Gastfreundschaft von ganzem Herzen. Wir haben uns selten an einem Ort so gut erholt. Danke!

Andrea gentilissimo, Spazio ben curato in un bel borghetto poco abitato e molto tranquillo. Ampia terrazza per il parcheggio e facile da raggiungere. Ci tornerò sicuramente!
