Will work for 1 to 5 guests. Depending on how cozy you like it. We have a basement apartment with a Private Entrance! BR with 1 queen bed, and 1 twin bed plus TV. LR with pull out full size sofa sleeper ( twin day bed available) and 50 inch TV … foosball, darts, pool table and dining table. Private bath and well equipped private kitchen. 10 minutes to downtown Holland or Saugatuck. Quiet subdivision. Close to Laketown Beach and Sanctuary Woods Park. We have two adult bikes! Just ask to use them!

First time beach trip with the family so I was in full dad prep mode and brought everything I could need. Turns out I didn’t need a single beach thing except sunscreen. Fantastic and best part was my daughter and family loved everything about the house/location. The house does have WiFi albeit inconsistent but perfect for the random work check in. The porch is a great spot to hang out and play games. Looking forward to future visits.

It was great. Such a perfect house for all of us. From the kiddos to the adults. Everyone loved it! With wild turkeys, deer, and black squirrels. The kids were enamored. So close to holland, to Douglas and to Lake Michigan. Everything is so close! Only thing missing was the lake view. But with all the wild animals. The kids didn’t miss it!

This Airbnb is perfect! One of the best I’ve ever stayed at! Our group has stayed at several Airbnbs along Lake Michigan for our yearly trip together, and this one is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Has everything you need and more. Thoughtful design. Comfortable beds. Peaceful property and has activities at the house to allow you to not have to leave to enjoy your stay. Very close to downtown Saugatuck. The hosts were proactive in making sure we were having a great stay. They have items for babies if needed, which was also an added bonus. They had available a packnplay, age appropriate toys, a play mat and gate for my baby. There are more baby items available to rent from them, as well, on a first come first serve basis, but we just didn’t need anything more than that for the weekend. Overall, highly recommend!!
