Apartment holiday rentals in Maalaea

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location is perfect if you plan on exploring the island. It's centrally located with easy access to the main road to other parts of the island. The location is beautiful with great views of the ocean and harbor. It is windier in that harbor so hold on to your hats. The unit was easy to access, thanks to a dedicated elevator, clean, had lots of towels, and full of useful beach items (i.e. coolers, chairs, ice packs in the freezer, etc.) Our family would definitely stay here again!

The condo was exactly as described and the view couldn’t be beat. We saw sea turtles come up on the beach every night as well as whales in the distance AND a seal! Joe was very helpful with local information and recommendations. He was also extremely kind in his response to some minor issues with our arrival. Our family had a dream vacation here and we are so very thankful for the space.

We really enjoyed the proximity to the ocean surf. The are lots of things to do in Maui, but we enjoyed the condo so much we mostly just hung out. Thank you Bill for making this a great visit to Maui!

When trying to find a central location to have as a home base, Breanna’s place worked out perfectly for us. Nestled in a community near the Ocean Center, it was very easy to get to the Road to Hāna, airport, Lahaina , and Wailea. Seaturtles were consistently within viewing distance outside from the balcony too. A local beach was just further down the road, which made for nice evenings for us. The unit was on the second floor near the assigned parking spot and stairs. Trash bin and recycling were at the other end. Breanna’s place was very clean with two bathrooms and the a/c unit in the central room. The king and queen bed were comfortable for our family of four and having separate bathrooms was useful. When and if we decide to return to Maui, we would not hesitate to see if we could stay at Breanna’s place again. We had a fabulous stay.

Great place to stay, beautiful view of the ocean and the heated pool is a great amenity. Had everything we needed to be able to cook breakfast. One small improvement could be the size of the hot water heater, because the hot water ran low after about 12 minutes. Other than that we loved the place and would definitely stay here next time we are in Maui. Highly recommended!!

The unit is beautiful, blue is my favorite color so I maybe biased. However, the host was quick to reply back, wonderful instructions on how to get to the unit, easy to find parking. Everything was perfect! I really enjoyed how much thought was put into this BnB, there is a binder that the hosts have created that has an entire walk through of everything you might need relating to the place, and I loved how there is a collection of restaurant menus in the back! I’m a really indecisive person when it comes to food and my husband is as well, so this was super easy to just flip through and help make dinner decisions. We really enjoyed our stay here, and we highly recommend this place. It’s everything you need for a nice Maui vacation! ❤️

The best condo I have ever stayed in. Top quality furnisher and decor. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The best part of our trip to Maui was waking up and drinking coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise and then coming home to a glass of wine while watching sea turtles constantly passing by. Love the stay. It is an amazing private place to just relax and forget about everything else. Denise responded to my questions within 20 mins. every time. Have nothing negative to say about this place nor about Denice. I truly doubt I can be lucky enough to find another listing like this one. Definitely recommend. Already planning on coming back. The perfect spot to stay for an adventure filled Maui vacation. It is centrally located on the island where there are multiple food trucks, restaurants, and a grocery store in walking distance. The place is at an intersection of 2 somewhat busy streets but the street traffic was not heard inside. The apartment owner has a big map of Maui hanging up with about 20 suggested locations to visit which we found to be very useful as we did a 5-day self-guided tour of the island. I would stay here again for future Maui vacations.

Misti was a wonderful host. Very responsive to any questions or queries we had. Great location with many amenities and restaurants within a short walking distance. And the King bed was quite comfortable and greatly appreciated. Most 1 bd/1ba condos on Maui utilize a queen size bed for some reason. Would book again anytime

Beautiful place and area. Right on the beach, which was amazing. Lots of towels, no need to bring your own shampoo, etc. as those are provided. Well stocked kitchen too. Beach chairs, etc. were also provided. Great trip! We will be back!

this is the best Airbnb on the island! amazing neighborhood close to everything! it felt safe and had a hometown feel. everyone was so friendly. the place itself had everything we needed and the view was incredible! much better than the picture! when our host realized we didn't have beach towels he made sure some were delivered and we were thrilled to come back and see like 6 brand new thick beach towels!! having the washer and dryer in the unit made things so easy too! can't say enough great things about this place and the hosts ! we will be booking here for our next trip! 10/10 recommend!

Gary's place is beautiful! The description on the listing does not do it justice. The Nanea is a dream resort with everything you need. I would stay here again, without hesitation.

Over all it’s a good place to stay. It’s just we can hear the people at the connecting room.

This place is an absolute oasis. The freedom to walk a mere few steps directly into the Pacific Ocean was bliss. It wasn't cheap, but it was worth every dollar and I definitely intend to return some day. Highly recommend.

I love being here! The part that I loved the most was that it was centrally located, walking distance to the harbor and aquarium and you can get to anywhere on the island for about the same time and distances. We literally went everywhere. I loved the ocean view. Super score and not too much tourist in that area so it feels more private. Don’t pass this one by because every part of it was A+++

Susan’s place was beautiful! Magnificent view over looking the ocean, immaculate kitchen & bathroom. I really appreciated that she had ground coffee & coffee filters, plus full kitchen & basic cooking supplies & seasonings. I was able to do a load of laundry while I was there, too. I didn’t see in the listing if there was an elevator, so thought I’d mention there is one conveniently located. Wonderful place! I would stay there again!

Elizabeth and Jordan's place is very nice and quiet. The location and view is great. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony watching the sea turtles and boats. The place made you feel like you were at home. The pool was small but it was never busy that you would have to worry about being over crowded. The place only did have one air conditioner and that was in the living room but there were fans to help cool the bedrooms. We only used the air conditioner the first night of our stay and the rest of the days/nights we had the windows opened since there was a nice breeze

Amazing place ! Just as described in the listing. Every little need was anticipated and provided for. And the breathtaking view to wake up to every morning. We didn't feel like leaving at the end of our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a top notch place to stay away from the crowds while still being in a central location to access the rest of the island.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The view and being able to use the pool were spectacular. We were able to see sea turtles every single day swimming right at the shoreline. Great view of the water and other side of Maui. This was a perfect location to have as homebase and then visit a new beach every day. I highly recommend surf lessons with Surf Shack, helicopter tour with Maverick, doing road to Hana on your own, snorkeling Molokini and dinner cruise with Sea Maui. We ate breakfast and packed lunch at the condo each day. It had everything we needed. The area was quiet, clean and a perfect halfway point between other attractions. The condo has chairs, towels and snorkel gear. Definitely a bucket list trip for us and our kids.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. very well equipped condo, kitchen fully stocked with appliances etc, beach chairs body boards, beach umbrella. The view is superb and the condo was actually bigger than we had expected. The location worked for us, a short drive into Kihei and walking distance from marina where a lot of tours depart from. Would stay again dn would recommend!

The apartment is well furnished, spacious and clean, with beautiful views of the ocean from both the balcony and upstairs bedroom window. The kitchen was equipped with essentials. They also had beach towels available for guest use during the stay. The host managing company was very responsive to questions. This was our base location for our Maui tour, with decent travel time to west Maui and also to Hana and halaekala. Would hugely recommend.
