This is our favorite place where we enjoyed many cozy winters in the warmth of the fireplace and hot tub. In the summers paddle tours in Lake Vänern with family. Five minutes walk to canoe and protected swimming area shared with few neighboring cabins. Undisturbed nature property of 3,000 sqm, optimal for activities and barbecue. The neighborhood offers nice excursions by the lake and long forest walks. Separate toilet and shower indoors. Six beds.

Large playground, outdoor gym football/volly ball/boule plan Elljus track, gas station with inn, consumption store pizzeria , hairdresser etc. Large Parabolic many channels, foreign including German free channels

Here you live in your own house with stunning views in Bovallstrand, Sotenäs in stunning Bohuslän. The house have a kitchen, toilet and shower, laundry with dryer, TV with chromecast. Max 4 people. The house has a terrace and nice patio overlooking the sea, copper bar and cutting. Cleaning is not included, but if you do not want to clean yourself, you can order cleaning for a surcharge of SEK 900. Not pets.

Tomt med fantastisk utsikt och skyddat läge bland trädtopparna. Två badrum med utsikt över skog och trädgård. Braskamin och balkong mot väster. Stor köksö och stort matsalsbord. Högt belägen trädgård med sol hela dagen och ingen insyn. Utedusch med varmvatten. Kolgrill. Många badplatser i närområdet, närmaste är Stamsjö badplats, ca 10 minuter att gå. Skogar med fina stigar gränsar till tomten.

Decorated boathouse in quietly unique location. Private beach and jetty and possibility of many activities: walking paths, padel, tennis, sea excursions, diving, kayaking, restaurants etc. Near Fjällbacka, Bovallstrand and Väderöarna. The kitchen is a step/kitchenette, with fridge and small freezer. Large bathroom and nice patios. (no pets)
