Great place in a beautiful town

We really enjoyed our stay at this clean and well-maintained Airbnb. The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. The view of the water is lovely, and the area is very peaceful – perfect for relaxing. It’s also a great base for visiting Preikestolen, which is just a short drive away. Having a parking spot right by the house was very convenient. Overall, a comfortable and quiet place in a beautiful setting – we’d definitely stay here again.

This was one of the best places I stayed in. The house is in the old neighbourhood and right by the sea. In themorning, you are greeted by the biggest cruise ships ever and in the evning you get a great view of the sea and city. The host Daniel was a very friendly person who was very responsive a gave great suggestions about the city. All in all, it was a great stay. Recommended.

Brith was a great hostess and the heroine of our evening! We had a very rainy hiking day and were able to warm up well in the accommodation. Very nice apartment, great view and definitely recommended! She quickly answered questions and gave tips.

We stayed there for 2 days and the place was just perfect! Would recommend and will go back when we are in Stavanger again!

The entire stay went well, and the place itself was a very charming☺️ neighborhood delighted with the view, it is very quiet. There is a shop and a stop nearby, which is very easy to get to the center. The apartment has everything you need, it was also very clean. Perfect communication with the host, we got a lot of recommendations. We were also able to meet Inger in person and she is a lovely person☺️ I recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in the lovingly furnished apartment and felt comfortable. The view from the roof is unique. On the day of departure, we had a breakdown with the car and were allowed to stay longer in the apartment. The hosts are very friendly. Clear recommendation! 😊

The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is new, clean, very stylish and cosy. Although the apartment isn‘t huge (we knew that before), the space is ideally used. We felt very comfortable and would happily stay again. Especially if you have to while away a rainy or two, there‘s nowhere I‘d rather be. E.g. book the sauna in Dirdal sitting right on the edge of the fjord. We stayed there as a couple for 5 nights. Personally, I would not want to stay with more than two people though, as any additional person would have to sleep on the sofa. There‘s lots to explore in the area, you can easily keep busy for a week. We highly recommend the place and would love to come again. Thank you very much, Anna.

Really nice place with access to small beach, hot tub and cozy conservatory to enjoy the view from. Large window section in living room/kitchen overlooking the fjord and mountains. SO nice! Walking distance to ferry to Lysebotn, Flørli, etc. Very good and nice host who gave us great recommendations for great trips with small children and answered questions minutes after we wrote. We'll definitely be back someday 😍

The accommodation was even more beautiful than in the pictures and we were warmly welcomed. Odd Bjarne is very friendly and accommodating, we got along very well and got many tips for activities and hikes. The contact was uncomplicated and he responded quickly when we had questions. It was a wonderful and relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house in a perfect location in Stavanger

We had a wonderful week in Skjold. The view from the living room is truly unique. The accommodation is even better than it looks in the pictures.

The host is super super warm. There's walking trails in the island that we used to explore the surrounding. The house was built in 1883 but extremely well maintained.

Kenneth was an outstanding host, and very responsive to the few questions we had. He asked when we planned to arrive so that he would have everything “guest-ready.” The place was beautiful and very serene. We were in town to hike, so we were gone most of the four days, but our arrival home was always met with beautiful views and a comfortable place to relax. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spotless and the kitchen was fully equipped, which is important for us as we prefer to cook. The laundry facilities were super and there were plenty of linens and towels. We were two couples traveling and each of us felt that the place will be hard to top in this month of travel in Norway. We highly recommend Kenneth’s place!

The house was lovely, offering a breathtaking sea view right from the window. Although the nearby beach was a bit small, it had a peaceful charm that made it perfect for unwinding. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're planning to hike Preikestolen—it's an ideal home to relax before or after the adventure.

It was very nice experience, the house looks the same as pictures and the description. The landlord is very good and they respond quickly. The area is nice and close to everything that you need in nature.

The apartment was very cozy. It looked even better than in the pictures. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom very modern and clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need. The view from the balcony was the highlight. We can recommend the accommodation 100%.

Lovely nice apartment. New fixtures. Very clean. Great communication. We arrived in straining rain after a long wet hike. Unfortunately, the apartment is not equipped with a dryer -BUT drying rooms were immediately provided despite late arrivals at night. Great service! Formidable view. Photos matched.

This apartment exceeded all expectations. Opened the front door and walked straight into an adventure. That view was absolutely amazing. Sit in the living room and watch cruise boats and the Danish boat pass right outside the living room window. It must be experienced. We had a great time and will be happy to return.

What an incredible stay. Just outside the city. Morning coffee with the sheep and the rolling waves. Hosts were lovely, highly recommend.

Great location! 10 minutes by car to Preikestolen, 10 minutes on foot to Jørpeland Holmen, 5 minutes on foot to a great restaurant (Villa Rosenhagen) and many shopping facilities nearby. Very nice landlords and a very nice garden. Apartment has everything you need, we would definitely come back.
