Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

It is 1000 meters to the sea and lovely beach. The nearest store is located 2500 m away. The price does not include electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.

Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Also close to Sønderborg 17 km, Høruphav 8km, and many tourist attractions like Dybbøl Mølle and Sønderborg Castle. Danfoss Universe and Fynshav were the ferry goes to Ærø and Fyn.
