Charming summer residence by forest and beach

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

The house is centrally located in Asserballeskov close to Fynshav on Als, in rural surroundings, with a short distance to the beach and all the sights on Als. The house has 2 separate rooms, a bedroom with a double bed, and a room with 2 beds (can be put together), and with the possibility of making a bed for 1 person on a sofa bed in the living room, Kitchen and a Toilet with shower. Final cleaning can be arranged, the price will be DKK 350, there is a folder in the house with information about payment.

Lovely, large summer cottage with an indoor sauna and an activity room. The vacation home is 150 m² and was built in 2020. The vacation home is located on a 1260 m² garden plot. It is 1000 meters to the sea and lovely beach. The nearest store is located 2500 m away. The price does not include electricity and water consumption. Electricity price: DKK 5 per kWh. Price for water: DKK 90 per m3 The house is fully heated with underfloor heating. No rental to youth groups, where everyone is 15-25 years old.
