A charming old timber house in a surprisingly pretty part of Normandy. We were two couples with a small dog and had a lovely week there. Olivier is a kind and helpful host and was prepared to go out of his way to help us. The garden is very large and beautiful and perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon on the terrace .

Sylvie was a great host and very responsive when we needed her. We spent little time at the accommodation because we were there for a wedding but it is very nice.

We spend a wonderful weekend in this little house. The house is well equipped and very clean. We had everything we needed, including bed and a bath for our baby. We had also access to the terrace and the beautiful peaceful garden. Patrice treated us with cherries from his garden and some cider. We highly recommend Patrice and Christine's place.

We are really delighted with our short stay at Aurore and Karl's The space is beautiful Loyal to the photos and the perfect hot tub. A total change of scenery. We had the pleasure of interacting with Aurore and she is a lovely host. We also greatly appreciated the tastefully decorated stable and bar We will come back to test the other lodges .

The house is beautifully situated on a hill with a magnificent sea view. The apartment is tastefully decorated. The size was perfect for us as a family. We enjoyed our time there.

Florian was a great host who met us at the door to guide us in. He was very friendly and shared helpful local information. The apartment was great with a lovely peaceful courtyard. Great coffee from the machine provided. Shower could benefit from a shower curtain and soap.

We had a lovely weekend at Stephanie’s place, we really enjoyed sitting on balcony watching sun set. Apartment is a good 15 min walk from centre. There is a nice Italian restaurant around the corner and also big supermarket which has everything you’ll need for your stay.

The location is ideal: in the city center, close to shops, restaurants and beautiful walks in the surroundings, while remaining quiet and relaxing. The accommodation perfectly matches the photos and description: tastefully decorated, very well maintained, and impeccably clean. We particularly appreciated the small, clear instructions provided, which made us feel immediately at home. It is a perfect place to recharge for a few days, whether as a couple or solo, and we highly recommend this address to all travelers passing through the region. Accommodation near the city center of Rouen where we spent 2 very rich days in a city where we could have stayed much longer. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, arranged and impeccably clean.

It is a nice house, equipped with all the necessities and a spacious balcony. The neighborhood is quiet, a supermarket is close by, and you can be in the center of Rouen in no time. An ideal place for a holiday or to work remotely.

My son and I were in town for two days to visit Versailles, and the convenience to the chateau was bar none. We were able to get on the bus and the N line with no trouble, and neither was crowded or had long wait times. The neighborhood has a lot of shops, and a cute farmers market on Saturday, which was fun to explore. The apartment was very clean, with wonderful air flow, so even though it was hot, we managed to stay cool. It was also VERY quiet, and had a lovely balcony that was so peaceful (we had breakfast there both mornings!) Overall, this place was a wonderful value for the convenience-if you’re planning a little Versailles getaway from the city, I definitely recommend staying here!

My parents enjoyed their stay at Swan, happy to find the accommodation as they had occupied it last year. The accommodation is very comfortable and functional for elderly people. I hope they can travel again next year. It will be at Swan, or not at all!
