Washer/dryer are available for your use. The condo is a one-floor unit, with 3 parking spaces (one at the front door; 2 in the rear). There are 3 stairs at the front.

"My Happy Place" at Lake Barkley is a great opportunity to getaway with that special someone for a little rest and relaxation. Enjoy the lake views, hot tub, or the quite time together sitting on the deck. Please be aware this is a 600 square feet, one bedroom cottage and it is connected to a second unit that has a separate entrance. The hot tub is exclusively used by guests in "My Happy Place." NO BOAT DOCK at this home. (Mineral Mound State Park boat ramp and Kuttawa Marina are close.)

This cute, newly renovated little cabin apartment is the perfect spot for a couple (or a couple of friends!), hunters and fishermen to get away. This recently remodeled studio condo is conveniently located just a short walk from the lake where you have a private boat slip on buckhorn bay, and also a short walk to Moors Resort and Ralph's Harborview Bar & Grill! There is parking available for either 2 vehicles, or 1 truck and trailer. You also have 110v electric at the dock so you can charge your batteries right at the dock.
