Our guest house is a private detached studio apartment. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Log Cabins are located in Sutton VT, just 6 miles off exit 24 of 91. They are within 10 minutes to Burke Mountain resort and 30 minutes to Willoughby Lake and Crystal Lake. Included in the cabins are a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, Dinning room, Bathroom, field and fire pit. With the town of Lyndonville just 6 miles away, you will find all your necessities such as groceries, gas, and firewood. The Shed at Cozy Bnd is new, will accomodate 2 adults, quiet and cozy. Located just West of Larrabee's Building Supply in West Danville, VT. The Lamoille Valley Rail Trail is located directly behind the property for 4 seasons of recreation. This is a great trail, free for all to walk, hike, bike, ski, snowshoe and snowmobile. Centrally located in Northern VT, Burke Mountain, Jay Peak, Stowe are all very accessible from here for a day trip or dining. We look forward to meeting you soon.

We are also open to having one-two tents next to the yurt for more coverage and comfort. This property is located less than 2 miles from the epicenter of some of the best biking in the country (Kingdom Trails) and is only a short drive to Burke Mountain.
