I really enjoyed staying at Suzanne's. Everything is provided. It's clean with quality fittings, a full kitchen and beautiful spacious shower-room. Suzanne was welcoming and helpful. I guess the only thing I had not worked out (although it's clear in the description) was that I would cook my meals in the kitchen downstairs and then have to take them upstairs to my bedroom to eat. Of course I could have sat outside at the garden table & chairs. It's a great advantage for me in staying somewhere, like Suzanne's, with a complete and well-functioning kitchen. And I loved the peaceful surroundings and great nights' sleep. Thank you Suzanne!

Everything was fantastic! Great little place to stay to go and explore the New Forest as it’s so close from Brockenhurst station and many places to go out to eat in the evening :) Fully recommend and Tracy was a brilliant host

Great place to stay for couples or single holidayers like me. Very well presented space with a beautiful garden you have some access to. Julia was a great host and was very responsive and have some great local recommendations. Coast and new forest all within a 30minute drive maximum. Easy to access and parking directly outside the door of the property off the main road.

We stayed for 3 nights at “The View”. The property was ideally located for exploring the Mudeford area. On the waterfront it had views that you would never tire of. It is set in a peaceful and quiet location and is perfect for a chilling break. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped if you choose to stay in. All in all we would recommend to others and will hopefully return to stay in the not too distant future 👍.

A great stay for our friends wedding. Perfect location right in the centre of Lymington. Simon and Heather were great hosts and really flexible with check in and on hand to help with additional parking. The apartment was immaculately clean and they had thought of everything including chilled wine in the fridge! Thank you so much!

Ideal location for village green and shops Short walk to the sea. Coffee on the green from paddles with cinnamon buns a must do. Lovely calm comfortable base with great shower and full kitchen with proper knives even. We will be back

We enjoyed our long weekend discovering the local area. Our dogs loved the walks along the beaches. Lots of places for a nice coffee or meal in Milford and nice market in Lymington on Saturday. We enjoyed the arboretum in the New Forest park and visiting Hurst castle. Alison’s flat was a perfect base

It’s a good size for 2 people. Yes you are right next to a busy main road & that’s the view from the balcony but for the price it was worth it! I appreciated the details, like the micellar water, cotton buds, shower gel etc & plenty of toilet roll for our stay. I found the bed comfortable, my partner struggled with it being too soft but he was delighted with the fan in the bedroom! Kitchen was well equipped with oils, herbs/ salt& pepper One suggestion however, is to upgrade the kitchen bin as it’s far too small & has no lid which isn’t great if you’re throwing away rubbish! Another suggestion would be to provide another decent sized glass, as I had to have a beer from a mug! I’d also recommend bringing an extra washing up sponge/ tea towel as the sponge especially smelt quite bad. It was about 10 min walk away from the beach/town, & a co-op just down the road. Also a few minutes drive to a huge Asda. Overall would stay here again, thank you for having us! ☺️

Lovely stay. Accommodation was clean and tidy. Great location for train station and local bars and restaurants. Hosts communication was helpful

We loved the location with a fantastic view to watch the beautiful south coast. The apartment had all we needed for a great weeks break, the beds were really comfy. the hosts communication was perfect and they assisted us with the one or two questions as soon as as asked. Would stay again and missing it today.

ideal quiet spot to stay in Bournemouth while I was working here. walking distance from buses and train station - also the space is decorated beautifully, - it was very calming!

We've been to Alan's a few times now and he is always very welcoming and friendly. We had a nice peaceful three days and thanks again Alan.

Had a great stay. Apartment was clean,quiet and easily accessible. Had everyghing we needed. Parking space outside a bonus. A nice touch was the milk and wine. Much appreciated. Stunning views from the cliff top. Nice area to walk around and we made use of the local restaurants. We'll be back.

Tracy’s home is beautiful and modern, super luxe and very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay! The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an evening meal each night and the free wine and beer plus a coffee machine too with pods supplied was a nice touch. It’s within 10 mins walk of the lovely Westbourne Beach which we took advantage of every day, avoiding the crowds by Bournemouth Pier. Would definitely recommend Tracy’s place if anyone was looking to stay in the area and be close to the sea.

We had a great few days here. The flat is very quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean with plenty of linen and towels and the kitchen is very well equipped. Richard and Vicky are lovely and very easy to contact as live locally. We really appreciated the early check-in when our plans changed, the welcome breakfast basket and the allocated off-road parking space. Richard met us to hand over the keys and talk us through how everything worked etc. Flat is centrally located in the village with everything on your doorstep including two convenience stores, cafes and places to eat (book ahead for both the Smugglers Inn opposite and the Lighthouse). The beach is only 5-10 mins walk away where you'll find the Needles cafe - fairly unassuming from the outside but very friendly and great cake with a great view out to the Needles on the IoW. We visit this area often and would have no hesitation in rebooking this flat.

A fabulous place! I stayed with my wife and two children (4 and 2) and couldn’t recommend it more. The accommodation was perfect, it’s private, quiet, clean and has everything you need. A well organised pool house, with a kitchen and clean amenities you need. The pool and hot tub was a great addition that the children loved. The house is set in a quiet residential area that was perfect for exploring Winchester and Paultons/Peppa Pig World. Stephanie and her husband were attentive, polite and communicative if we needed anything. Made the 3 nights stay very easy, enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable stay. Great location in Sandbanks, in a peaceful location in short walking distance to the restaurants, and access to the dog friendly beach is just across the road. The property was ideal for us, spacious, plenty of room in the lounge, kitchen areas and bedrooms, and very well equipped. Direct access to the garden was great as we had our dog with us, and the hot tub was a welcomed bonus. Leyla was super responsive, gave us all the details and attention needed. Very grateful to her. We will definitely stay again.

What a lovely place and lovely hosts. The bed was so comfortable we slept more than usual, unless it was the lovely relaxing hot tub that tired us. The welcome food and treats and wine was very generous and very welcome. It was a very quiet and relaxing area. We stayed for 6 nights and would highly recommended

It is pretty expensive as stays go but is a great location right by the beach, plus it was half term. The flat was clean and really well presented and v spacious! There was an issue with the sky/tv when we arrived and it was sorted really quickly and Jonathan was v helpful. We had a lovely couple of days.

We had a lovely stay at Rivendell Park. Both Natalie and snick were perfectly friendly and helpful. They have recently taken over the site and have lots of plans. We loved the relaxed and intimate nature of the site. We everyone felt trusted and safe. The facilities are great and set to get better. The flat was great with the pool eifht opposite. Which was super convenient.hl great place for children to meet and enjoy playing together, while the parents can relax a little. Great park. With a really friendly team. We will definitely be back. Many thanks for a great stay. Wishing you the very best as you work through the busy periods this summer and make the place Your own.

5 stars doesn’t justify the most pleasant stay we’ve experienced. A truely wonderful place to stay, and the most beautiful garden to relax and unwind in. The hottub, the seating, the attention to detail. That much so with the weather being so beautiful, we cancelled our daytime plans to spend in their garden and hottub! Amazing place to stay and the most comfiest bed! Thank you so much!
