The 3 of us had a fantastic stay from start to finish. Felt truly relaxed. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the Coach house was full of everything we needed, and catered very well for our 15 month old who had lots of toys to play with. The dog is great fun and friendly and its a lovely location to watch the many rabbits eating grass right outside the window. Will be back !

Before the trip she sent us some information for things in the area, places to eat etc, was very helpful. Lovely little hide away, nice and private. Just as the pictures showed, Beautiful. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dorset Mews. The house felt like a true home away from home, with everything we needed and more. It was spotless, beautifully presented, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. Although we don’t have kids, we really appreciated the great selection of games, toys, DVDs, and even a Wii—such a nice touch for relaxing evenings in. The location is perfect: just a short walk to the town and beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. Having private parking was a huge bonus in Lyme Regis! The host was fantastic—friendly, helpful, and very responsive. We actually got engaged during this trip, and we couldn’t have wished for a better little base to make such a special memory. Highly recommend Dorset Mews to anyone visiting the area. We’d love to return one day!

Laura’s place is an absolute gem! It is so tastefully designed and well appointed. The location itself is very special too. Everything has been thought of for a comfortable stay. I loved lighting a fire at night and looking out to the garden in the morning. Laura is super warm and welcoming—knowledgeable about the area too. This stay is one of the best in my books to date! Absolutely worth a visit.

Fabulous place with great views, very private with an easy walk into the town & beach

We had a wonderful stay. Tracey was a responsive, informative, proactive and helpful host. The property was close to the main town area and the beach front so we were able to walk where we needed to on this short and first trip to Lyme Regis. The parking space was a welcome facility. The property was well appointed, clean and had everything we needed. Tracey had provided lots of easy to follow and helpful information about the property and the area. She was proactive in contacting us on the way down to provide helpful information and was responsive when we were there Overall an excellent host, property and stay.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed for a short break It was clean, modern and comfortable. Dave provided clear instructions about how to check in, and we were aware thst we could contact him should the need arise. We will be recommending this accommodation to friends and family.

This has to be the best ever beachfront apartment we have stayed in. Spectacular views, spacious balcony, superbly equipped and everything worked without any hassle. The Leisure Club is an added bonus for me - brilliant pool, fitness equipment and the jacuzzi plus the outdoor terrace and restaurant with great meals, especially the (takeaway available too) fish and chips. The purpose of this trip was a holiday for my 94 year old Mother - above all the apartment was very safe/secure, accessible, the few steps to the 1st floor are manageable and the lift means getting into the apartment is easy. Totally recommend this apartment!

Very nice place to stay. Clean and very comfortable bed. Richard and Tracy were very helpful. Great location. Just what we needed for 4 nights.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful two nights at Louise's and would have stayed longer had the apartment been free. Everything about the apartment was elegant, the street , the windows, height of ceiling, quality of the furnitiure, fixtures and fittings. The kitchen was have everything we needed. Check in and Check out was very simple using key box. The appartment is no more than 10mins from centre. There is no parking in the street but the Bath Cricket Club carpark was only 15mins away, we left our car there for all our stay, fees paid in advance.

We booked a last minute trip away with our two young children, and both the flat and Michelle were fantastic. It was exactly as described, with a really homely feel. The bedroom and bathroom were particularly lovely, with a unique and very large bedroom space and a great sized shower. We got in touch to see about the possibility of checking in early and Michelle was really accommodating, and arranged for us to get in a couple of hours early which was a blessing with two slightly wound up kids! Michelle was also the one to remind me that we needed the travel cot put up and it was ready for us when we arrived which was a lovely touch. The communication throughout was excellent. The location is brilliant, only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. Although there’s no parking, the long stay charmouth car park at the top of the hill is close by and easy to get to and from if needed. We’d absolute recommend and would be very happy to come back again 🙂

We had a great stay here! Christina was really friendly making us feel right at home. She gave us some local recommendations and allowed us to come and go with zero hassle. The surroundings are stunning and we could have sat by the window all day. Great walking near by. Beach is a drive able day trip too.

My husband, 10-year-old daughter and myself have just returned from a truly amazing week, the property is beautiful, with facilities that far exceeded expectations. We had such a relaxing time; the beds are super comfy; led in bed looking out to sea with a coffee in the morning was a true highlight. The gardens are beautifully kept and being gated and private we had no worries with our daughter playing out. The walk down to Watcombe Beach, albeit steep on the way back up but 100% worth it; we took our paddleboard down and went swimming on a number of occasions, the water is very calm, on 2 occasions we were in the water and within 20ft off us were 2 seals! The hot tub was perfect, lovely fluffy robes provided to keep off the chill. We used the BBQ each evening and ate out on the patio. Susan is an incredible host, nothing is too much trouble, very informative and exceedingly helpful, she really did enhance our stay and made us feel as if we were staying in a home from home.

Fabulous place, fantastic views from living room and master bedroom, perfect place. Such a great location just across the road from the beach and a few minutes walk from the harbour and town centre. The sound of the pebbles washing up the beach lulled us to sleep. Thank you Anna!

Stayed for a friends wedding. Location was perfect as walking distance to registry office and reception. Jonathan was proactive and offered recommendations of things to do if I wanted them. I changed my arrival time last minute and Jonathan was excellent at accommodating the changes providing clear instructions / directions. The apartment was clean, milk in the fridge and biscuits left for me, good sized shower with good water pressure and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in. Set in a beautiful location and exactly as photos portray it. Great attention has been paid to making it as comfortable as possible. Hosts were very welcoming and welcome pack was much appreciated. We would thoroughly recommend and hope to return.

Tom’s place is great, excellent location, within minutes of the bars, restaurants and shops, yet quiet and private. A lovely view from the front window of trees in the garden opposite. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean, with nice decor. Everything you could want for a short break or even a longer stay. We will certainly come back again. Parking space at the back and easy access with clear instructions.

My mother absolutely loved the property. Fantastic location

The flat was great and very roomy, all of the rooms had been done out to a high standard. Mark and Gemma were very helpful and responded very quickly. Facilities I were as advertised and to a high standard. The driveway was steep so take it slow but plenty of room to turn around as going backwards was not recommended but Mark. But plenty of space for our estate car.

Great little hideaway in stumbling distance of a bustling high street with great pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very comfortable and very well equipped.

We absolutely loved our stay at Carley’s apartment. All directions and instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The apartment was perfect and the view is stunning, and everything we needed was thought of by Carley, who was also super helpful and friendly. We’d definitely recommend to anyone!
