This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Great communication, and a lovely place to stay for the night which exceeded our expectations.

The house was beautiful and Kate & Mike provided lots of really helpful information plus were very responsive. The kids loved having their own private indoor pool with colour changing lights in the evening. There were plenty of places to sit and relax, wood burner indoors for cool evenings. I wished we had stayed longer (if we had known how lovely it was going to be). We had 4 teenage girls with us who all decided to stay in the room with the loft as a big sleepover despite being able to have a room each! It felt like a home away from home. Plenty to do in the area for everyone and the teenagers loved watching themselves on the Seaton Tramway You Tube live channel.

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

I booked this wonderful property for my best friend's hen do. 10 of us stayed here and hired the property for the weekend. We paid for the garden games, escape room, wine tasting and bbq use for one day. We had the most amazing weekend, we had an entire packed itinerary for almost every hour of the whole weekend from everything available on site and had the best time, we almost didn't have enough time to enjoy every amenity. Not only was the property expansive and full of activities ,even if we didn't pay for extras, but the hosts were incredibly welcoming. From taking time out of their own weekends to check we had everything we needed to setting up games, awarding prizes and giving the bride keepsakes for her wedding they couldn't have made us felt more welcome. Waking up in the morning there were horses, sausage dogs and incredible views paired with a kareoke room and a swimming pool. A site that can accommodate a plethora of activities, we would definitely revisit.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

This was the best air b and b stay I’ve had! It was so peaceful and quiet. I booked it for my mums birthday and she was blown away by the property. If you are looking to get away and relax this is the place! Everything was such high quality and felt very homely. Thank you ☺️

We booked a 3 night stay in the week. Harry’s place was fantastic. He supplied enough breakfast items to feed a few people, which was such a bonus . The house was lovely, really homely and comfortable. Our pooch was catered for too. Some really beautiful walks from the house into the woods, which we all enjoyed. The coast was about 30mins drive, which we did visit. One thing to note, some of the local restaurants/takeaways were not open until midweek which wasn’t a deal breaker but good to know. The Pig at Combe was a great place to visit and eat, dogs allowed in the Folly, highly recommend. Communication from Harry was great and we did get to meet him as they only live next door. We would definitely like to visit again.

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth’s cottage – truly an oasis to relax and soak in Devon’s beautiful nature. The space is neat, clean, and spacious, yet still incredibly cosy and inviting. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed – especially with the delicious homemade flapjacks and thoughtful selection of local products waiting for us. Everything is so well thought through – from the comfortable bed that guarantees a great night's sleep to the well-equipped kitchen. We loved spending slow mornings enjoying coffee on the balcony, listening to the birds, and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. Elizabeth is a fantastic host – friendly, attentive, and full of great local tips. It’s clear how much love and care she puts into the cottage, which really feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect – peaceful and remote enough to fully unwind. We’re already dreaming about coming back. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a restful, charming stay in Devon!

We are a family with a 3 year old and a dachshund and we loved our stay in Lyme Regis. The house is spacious, comfortable and thanks to good central heating, nice and warm but its best asset is how close it is to the promenade and all that goes with it. Ian was friendly and communicative and check in and out was very easy. I worked for a few days and the wifi was patchy but I was still able to do what I needed. The ipod and its library were a musical oddasey.

River Sounds is absolutely fabulous. The accommodation is excellent. Perfect place to stay in Lyme. The added of luxury of parking being available is an added extra bonus. Walking distance into Lyme. Everything was spotless. All needs catered for. Fully equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. We loved it so much we’re planning on returning in the very near future

This beautiful house was ideal for us - 6 adults (2 sets of parents and their respective son and daughter). Lots of different spaces to sit, eat, relax and chat. Cooking in the well appointed kitchen was easy. All of the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable with views of rolling countryside and the sea (from the attic room). Well located for exploring West Dorset and East Devon or even just fossil hunting on Charmouth beach.

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting weymouth! The house is immaculate, probably the cleanest air bnbs I've ever stayed in! The view from the living room is stunning, looks directly out into the harbour, you can just sit there and watch the world go by. It was really easy to get around, all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Parking is also 5 min walk down the road. We came with a 9 month old and the host was able to accomodate us with a cot and highchair which was really helpful. Generally, the house is very well equipped and has beautiful kitchenware if you plan on having an evening in. Overall a great stay and a lovely host who was super responsive.

We booked this as a special family trip as my sister and her children were visiting from New Zealand, we wanted somewhere memorable and a bit different, Emillies place was certainly that! the photos really don't don't justice, it's a spectacular space and set in beautiful surroundings. The home was well equipped and we all agreed the beds were really comfortable- like being in a boutique hotel! and 3 bathrooms for 5 guests was amazing luxury! We had a little problem while there and Emillie sent someone round immediately to fix it! We were lucky with the weather and ale to explore the grounds and nearby Lyme, but we would have been equally happy being 'rained in' at the home!! We couldn't recommend it more highly to anyone looking for a 'something special' staycation. thanks Emillie.

The house was in the perfect location - you couldn’t ask for better! Loved the decor, the thoughtful extra touches, amazingly comfortable beds (and quality sheets!) and Jonelle was so helpful and quick to respond to our messages -thoroughly recommend!

A beautiful stay perfect for our getaway. Spacious, spotless and all the amenities you’d have at home. Really grateful for the responses to my requests during our stay and for offering such a stunning home. We are looking forward to staying again.

Susie is a very friendly & responsive host, answering any queries immediately. The house is lovely and spacious, in a very peaceful location. It is very close and easily walkable to the seafront. It was lovely having a private, outside space. Lovely to be able to sit in the garden with distant views of Golden Cap. Susie is obviously an art lover & we enjoyed her sometimes quirky choice of artworks.

We had the most amazing week with our 4 boys at The Old Guard in May. We have been renting various properties in Hope Cove for many years. Wendy's property is now our absolute favourite!! Not only did we have fabulous weather but the location is just perfect for getting out on the kayaks etc The warm outdoor shower is brilliant for when you get back! The balcony is very large and a great space! The views from the balcony are spectacular and the sunsets incredible. The kitchen had everything you need. They utility area with washer and dryer is very useful staying with a family. The property was really well designed & clean and comfortable to stay in. Wendy had said the parking would be tight, but we got our 2 vehicles in no problem just a bit of time to go back and forth and one is a long wheelbase Mercedes Vito! We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back again! Thank you Wendy for all your messages and prompt replies when we had any questions.

we had the most wonderful stay at Jackie's and Michelle's. They were fantastic hosts and their local knowledge was brilliant and both very willing to share lots of local recommendations. The house was well equipped and cosy and comfortable with great views. I would highly, highly recommend the Toll house for a quiet restful holiday, or as a base to go out and about, lots of lovely walks with the dogs. All in All a great break and we will be back .

We had a lovely few days away! Great hosts, very friendly and responsive and the welcome pack was a nice touch as it included lots of recommendations (which we tried lots of!) Great location as it’s close to the town, and there are some lovely walks down to the coast. Would recommend for a weekend away by the coast

We had a fantastic time at the hideaway. The accommodation is lovely and you feel right at home straight away. Beer is a lovely village with some really nice little pubs and restaurants. Lovely fish shop right on the beach which is a two minute walk. I would definitely recommend this property and we absolutely hope to return later in the summer!

We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Perfect for a family of 4. Bonus of a parking space that was super close and also easy to find. We would love the addition of a freezer as my evening gin and tonic definitely missed some ice!

Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful cottage. Communication was excellent throughout our stay and all instuctions clear. A perfect place to stay for a small family, lots of amazing walks nearby so we didn't need to take the car unless we went further afield.
