Holiday rentals with a patio in Lyman

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay. We enjoyed drinking coffee out on the patio in the mornings and cooking meals in the kitchen. The place was clean and just what we needed for the week. Victoria and Tanner were also very friendly and quick to reply to our messages. We would come back!

Super clean, nicely decorated. Very comfortable, warm and homey feel. Had everything we needed, including dog bowls! The coffee bar was fully stocked and very much appreciated. They’ve done a really nice job with this rental, lots of little touches that you don’t always get with other rentals. Thanks for sharing your place with us

John was responsive and flexible. The area was quiet, an easy walk to the water and close to some nice restaurants. Also, an easy and quick ride to downtown. His place was clean and comfortable. Great place to stay if you are visiting Portland.

The air bnb was very cozy and cute, just like the pictures. Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. The host was very attentive and communicative. Only thing was that the hot/cold water takes a while to get to the range you want it to in the shower but everything else was superb! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Perfect spot to stay in when you’re in Portland- even for just a night! This place felt clean, private, quiet and was in a great location. 100% will book here again if it’s available next time I have a Portland trip!

My dog and I had a great time here and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. We found lots of dog-friendly hikes and nature reserves nearby within 15-30 minutes . Otherwise we enjoyed the peaceful yard and small brook on the property. Beautiful and thoughtful rental, with very friendly hosts.

Very nice place, reasonable price and very close to beach, shopping and restaurants. Amanda was great to communicate with. We were able to check in early. We did have an issue with the keypad once, reached out to Amanda and it was resolved quickly. Amanda was great with communication before we even checked in. I was a little concerns because I’ve never used an Airbnb before. Wasn’t sure how it worked as far as extra towels and necessities and Amanda was great, she told me that there would be enough and if not, she would Provide more. We would definitely like to stay there again. I think the only thing that I would suggestion is curtains on the windows. There are blinds on the windows but being that close to the main strip it’s very bright and it always looks like it is daytime in the apartment when it is nighttime. But other than that, we had a wonderful stay and can’t wait to book again.

This was a great, comfortable space and convenient to everywhere we wanted to drive in Portland! Barry’s instructions were clear and easy to understand, which made finding the house and getting in easy. There were also little details that we valued, like leaving out bowls for our pup travel companion :)

This home was perfect for our family stay for a local wedding. It was a quiet relaxing place on the water! We enjoyed kayaking and sitting on the swing enjoying the view. The home included everything we needed and was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area!

We would definitely go back for another stay. Carl is a wonderful host and was very responsive and helpful. The house is beautiful and is located in such a tranquil and scenic location. We are a family of 6 along with our black lab and everyone fit comfortably. I highly recommend this place for a family get away.

Beautiful home in a quiet, family-friendly community. We loved being able to walk up to the pool and play in the game room in the main clubhouse area. The house is a short drive to downtown Kennebunkport and local beaches. It is a quick 30 minute drive up to Portland. Our daughter loved sleeping in the private bedroom upstairs. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances. The space was immaculate when we arrived. Steve was responsive to any needs we had during our stay. A great find!

My husband and I had a very comfortable experience. Easy check in . Lots of room. Clean . We stayed over Christmas and were greeted with a lit Christmas tree when we got there . So thoughtful. We would stay here again if it’s available next time! Paula and Doug

Steven was quick to respond, the Saco river farm house was very cozy, clean well furnished with little amenities like phone chargers, coffee, fire pit, and even a mosquito zapper! it’s the little things for me! The house is well maintained inside and out, everything worked great from stove to dishwasher, wall outlets and plumbing was smooth, great atmosphere inside and out, beautiful decor super comfortable beds, i highly recommend this house to all who are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle for a weekend, great location plenty to do in the surrounding areas!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, super clean, and comfortable home! It's in a quiet neighborhood but still so convenient to Kennebunk and Kennebunkport beaches, restaurants and the grocery store, and even a trip to the Marginal Way in Ogunquit. Emily was pleasant, helpful, and quick to respond to my last minute questions before we left for our trip to Maine.

This place was great. It was perfect for what we needed for a weekend of ice fishing!

Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Diane’s condo was a wonderful choice! Her place is clean and spacious and she left very clear helpful instructions for an easy stay. It comes with everything you need and anything you’d want to do in walking distance, highly recommend this spot!

Amazing apartment at a great location! Lots of character and the newly renovated kitchen was a plus. Very quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
