Awesome place to stay. Close to Duluth. The view is awesome!

This is a beautiful apartment with wonderful views of Lake Superior. It is conveniently located and includes amenities such as an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, game room, and rooftop seating and firepit. We love staying here and will do so again.

An incredible space at the end of a private drive, overlooking the lake. The space was warm and welcoming, literally and figuratively! Loved the front sitting room with floor to ceiling windows to sit and sip coffee and enjoy the views. The proximity to the neighboring Houghton Falls preserve was enjoyed using the trail on the property. Peaceful, relaxing, made use of the large fire pit outdoors with the lake in the background. Close enough to town if you forget something and need to run in real quick, otherwise peaceful privacy to enjoy nature and the beautiful surroundings.

Erin's place was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. It's in a lovely, wooded setting and located near the quaint lakeside town of Bayfield. I only stayed a couple of nights, but the unit has all the amenities needed for a long stay. Highly recommended!

Beautiful private area just minutes from downtown Bayfield. A fun park in the area for the kids! accomodations were great. We loved the games that were provided in the cabin. We had everything we needed!

Booked for the view! It was lovely in person, from the apartment and from up on the roof top patio. It was quiet inside the apartment and sleeping was clean and comfortable (firm mattresses). The apartment is up the hill so walking back was serious excersize for us 😂 but we understood this going into it. We loved that we were close to the things we wanted to do. We could walk or drive. When we first got there I was concerned about a couple of the vents possibly being broken. I messaged Nathan right away. He got back to me right away and sent building maintenance to check. All was well but we really appreciated the responsiveness and care for us and the property. This helped us feel more comfortable to know the owner would be there when/if needed. We only spent two nights but were super comfortable and would both recommend and stay again. Thanks again Nathan!

Great stay, Great walking access to town. Very attractive and well supplied unit. Great access to the ferry to Madeline Island, The town itself is a very p positive draw even as the season was coming to a close when we were there. No complaints. Easy to recommend.

We had a great stay over Memorial Day weekend. Pros: - location: 5 min drive to downtown/ferry to Madeline Island - kitchen had everything you’d need to make simple dishes - comfortable - lock pad is nice, no risk to lose key - right in nature, we saw several eagles and even a family of bear cubs from the balcony -very cool! - ability to control temperature inside easily The only minor issue we had was that the bedroom isn’t fully walled off from the main area, so sound traveled. This meant 1 person couldn’t go to bed early while others watched tv/chatted. The sound really traveled. Wouldn’t be an issue for a couple or solo traveler.

The house was a perfect place for our stay! Kelly was a great host, very proactive in communicating to ensure the best stay possible.

We spent 5 nights with our extended family including 4 kids and it was the perfect place ! Very private, peaceful, and serene. Very spacious and each family had their own big space. Easy access to some local beautiful attractions and great restaurants nearby. We would definitely like to come back !

Hidden Pond Junction was our home during an unexpected event for our family. Tom and Cindy went out of their way to make us comfortable. We had the most enjoyable stay we could have dreamed of. The home was set up for us to live in and the kitchen was fantastic! Many cookies were baked, birthdays had and relaxing like we have never experienced. Our family would highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great getaway place. We will go back for sure!! We will never forget our time at Hidden Pond Junction. -The Olsons

Wow! It was such a beautiful home, and the area was incredible and so peaceful. The house truly had everything we needed and more. It had a huge kitchen, large eating spaces, beautiful bedrooms with comfy beds. We loved the bunk room combined with a game room/movie projector area! Outside we enjoyed playing corn hole, Jenga and s’mores around the fire pit. My entire family had a wonderful vacation. Such a fabulous way to start the summer. Jake and Annie were great hosts. Excellent communication! Always received a prompt response.

We had such a peaceful trip and will 100% be back for a longer trip. The views are absolutely amazing, the lake is clean and beautiful. So quite and relaxing. Ely has some nice restaurants and we are looking forward to coming back to explore more.

This was one of the remarkable homes I’ve visited. Stunning private location with access to nature and amazing lake views. The home itself is beautifully designed, comfortable, has astounding views, and is thoughtfully outfitted for our stay. Our host was kind and proactive, check in was easy, and they were very responsive throughout our stay.

Beautiful house was perfect for our family. The home was completely updated, clean, and had everything we needed. Adam & Casey were responsive and easy to work with. The area is beautiful with so many activity options. We didn’t get to see everything on our list in a weekend, so we will have to go back, and we would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay at Benjamin and Molly’s House on the Hill and it has been amazing each time! The hosts are very proactive in their communication and quickly respond to any questions or updates. The house itself is wonderful for a large group, has beautiful gathering spaces, but also lots of cozy nooks to get some quiet time. We didn’t have kids at the house with us, but the house is well outfitted with lots of children’s equipment, books, and toys. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Comfy furnishings, fully equipped kitchen and great window views of the Lake and shoreline. Loved having our own trail down to the shoreline and the rapids of the Poplar River as it emptied into Lake Superior. Very soothing to have windows open and hear the rapids below! I think everything is overpriced on the North Shore at this time of year, but by comparison this condo offered tremendous value! We will return.

Great location for watching the boats coming and going, proximity to town and people watching. We could walk everywhere. Hence, our exhaustion after a busy Memorial Weekend.sail boat races could be seen and the spinnaker run was beautiful. Thank you for hosting your lovely home.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location! Loved the decor…photos of local landmarks, exposed brick, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could need. My boys loved the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - close to shops, restaurants and the lakefront. The Brix offers discounts at many of the local establishments. Duluth is such a cool city and a great home base for exploring the North Shore of Minnesota. Highly recommend this AirBnB and hope to visit again!

Karen was a wonderful host who was prompt to respond to our questions and needs. She was able to understand our questions and is making accommodations for the future. It was such a beautiful place with so much to do within a 1/2 hr drive. I would highly recommend others and look forward to future trips and the ability to stay again.

Wonderful stay. Ski in ski out location out was very convenient. Ski locker was very nice to have. Condo and designated parking spot were well appointed. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Clean and comfortable.
