Shubin was such a great host. The place is great - clean, spacious, and the deck is really nice. TV and Soundbar speaker were great to have. Great proximity to beach and also to El Yunque for hiking. Good food spots in the area as well

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

Lesley was amazing, any questions I had, she responded quickly. The pool area was fun and the beach is literally a one minute walk from the second pool. We were out and about and their was a power outage one evening and Lesley reached out to us via text and through the Airbnb to inform us of what was going on and gave us instructions on how to use the generator. Awesome service through and through. The 2 local beaches next to the Airbnb in addition were great!. We look forward to coming back!!! Our recent stay in Puerto Rico was fantastic, thanks in large part to this wonderful Airbnb. The entire place was spotlessly clean, showcasing the host's exceptional attention to detail. With a toddler, a teenager, and two additional adults in our group, comfort was a priority, and this property delivered. The rooms were perfectly sized, giving each of us enough space to relax without feeling overcrowded. Working remotely, I needed a stable internet connection, and I was impressed by the reliability—it handled my Zoom calls seamlessly, ensuring clear audio and video. The location is a dream for beach lovers, right in front of the ocean, and we enjoyed the convenience of having several restaurants just a short walk away. The security at the property was reassuring; the guards were always attentive and supportive. This stay made our trip to Puerto Rico truly memorable!

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. We loved the beach access. The pool was very nice. Underground parking was convenient. The apartment had all essentials and a few nice extras such as beach chairs and a cooler. The only down side was the apartment is a little loud - but I think that is just San Juan in general. We would stay here again.

Marta was an excellent host. Super communicative! Her place was right on the beach with private access which was nice. She provided everything we needed even coolers and beach toys! The hammocks on the porch were nice and relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would definitely want to stay here again when we come back!

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for 3 nights with my husband. Place was very clean, great location with beach, restaurants & casino walking distance. The pool was definitely a plus. Communication was awesome, any question I had was answered within minutes. I would definitely recommend.

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

This was one of the most beautiful and peaceful stays I’ve had in Puerto Rico. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the place was absolutely stunning — waking up to the sound of the waves and looking out at the beach each morning was pure magic. The area felt very safe and serene, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting PR — I’d definitely come back!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

My mother, son, and I had a great time here. The yard was beautiful and the house was even better than the posted photos. The community pool is huge and there was even an arcade machine. The furniture was cozy and the kitchen was well stocked for eating in when wanted. We felt safe in the gated community and the area is absolutely gorgeous. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

We loved our stay so much! This was a great fit for our family of seven. We had lots of beds and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was clean and the furniture was really nice and everything was well taken care of. We really appreciated how there were lots of things there for us to use, like a cooler for us to take our lunches in every day on our adventures, chairs , umbrella, Sand toys, balls — all the things that we could possibly need. Gretchen was really easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. We would definitely recommend this for anybody! We had a great time. Thank you so much.
