Great and cozy little apartment. In the middle of a quiet residential area, very close to the water. Within 15 min in the center by car. Margareta is a very warm host. Accommodation is highly recommended.

We spent three wonderful days in the little red house, right on the Baltic Sea. It was very tastefully decorated, cozy and clean. From the bed we had a fantastic view of the snowy landscape and the frozen Baltic Sea. A small path also leads to a barrel sauna with direct views of the sea. Since the owners arrived on the last day of our stay, we were able to get to know them. They were totally warm and provided us with tips for our onward journey. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

We immediately felt very comfortable in the house! It is beautifully bright, has enough space for a family of five or six and is very centrally located. Three toilets and two ways to shower are wonderful! We did not use the sauna, but it looked cozy. Overall the house is very welcoming and clean!

Great stay in Lapland! The accommodation was perfect, the fireplace is a real plus! The view in the morning is beautiful! Richard is very responsive! We were able to enjoy the northern lights and Lulea is very close by car! If you want a real change of scenery and rest, the accommodation is perfect. 😊 I recommend it without hesitation! We had 5 nights at Karin's house. We are two adults and two children ages 8 and 10. The house is very cozy and was a perfect fit for us. We enjoyed the beautiful winter landscape and the frozen fjord. The house is not far from Luleå, but you have to get out of some small road with limited speed, so it takes about 25 minutes. The drive is very beautiful through the winter forest, and the road was nicely cleared while we were there. Karin is very flexible and accommodating, and we got really good information both before and after check out.

We spent a full week at Michael’s place. We had a great time. Spending a lot of time in the snow and on the ice. The surrounding is beautiful. Even seen Northern Light from the sea!

I had a wonderful stay at Lina’s place! The house was perfect , spacious, clean, and equipped with everything i needed. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood , in a small village named Kåge , yet very close to the supermarket and Skellefteå town where you can find everything, which made everything so convenient. Lina was always available, and incredibly supportive throughout my stay. Everything was just perfect, and I’ll definitely be returning to her place in the future! Thanks Lina for everything

Very cozy and nice accommodation in every way, we will gladly come back! Close to a large grocery store with opening hours 6 a.m. - 11 p.m. Close to a bus stop.

We stayed before at Daniel's house, now we got back because it is a very nice place, very cozy, we feel just like home, everything is very clean, fully eqquipped with everything, and Daniel is the best host, very communicative and helpful.

We stayed at Madeleine's place for two nights in Easter and are very happy with everything. Madeleine is a responsive, friendly and generous host who is quick and easy to communicate with. The apartment is really nice, fresh and modern with everything you could need and then some. Lighting from three directions. Sun on a large glassed-in balcony. Large living room with large comfortable sofa and large TV with large range of entertainment. Great comfy bed with quiet living room and TV also there was a bonus. The kitchen was spacious and has everything one might need for both coffee and cooking with stylish design crockery. We would love to come back and highly recommend. Thanks Madeleine!

This apartment was a cozy retreat after a hard day. I looked forward to returning every evening after visiting my sick husband in Ranea. The proximity to the bus station was certainly a plus. I would definitely recommend Lina's apartments to anyone planning a visit to Lulea, a beautiful northern city.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely house near Luleå! First of all, the communiamcarion with Lubomir was super easy: he responded quickly, comprehensive and kindly before and during our stay! When we arrived the place was cozyand clean, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Moreover, the location is perfect — close to a bus stop with a bus that departs almost every 10 minutes until 6 pm, yet in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. There is also a river next by from which we could see Aurora perfectly! Lubomir was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had all the information we needed. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking to explore Luleå, Gammelstad and its surroundings. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Really great place to stay in Luleå! Fully equipped, powerful heating for the winters anf newly done bathroom. Everything worked great and fully equipped place. The hosts are very nice!
