We offer a modern residence with a nice view of the sea. Access to the terrace. You have the beach right below, quiet and comfortable. If you walk after the beach 10 minutes, you are at Pite Havsbad with all its facilities. The area we live in offers many beautiful trails in the nature reserve. Det finns två toaletter, tvättstuga, bastu, badkar och duschar. Det finns uteplatser med matbord på både fram och baksida. Gasolgrill samt braspanna. En studsmatta och gungor finns intill huset samt grönytor, Luleås bästa lekpark ligger endast 100m bort. Att promenera till centrala stan tar ca 20 minuter. Parkering finns.
