Here you live in the middle of nature while reaching Piteå center in 18 minutes by car. To the E4 you only have 4 km and about 25 minutes to Luleå. Car is recommended. Here you can take forest walks, make fire at the barbecue area, dock berries, ski and ice skating during the winter months. Here you also see the northern lights quite often! An idyllic year-round!

The Unique Lake Tree House

Unwind in this one-of-a-kind and quiet space. Enjoy the lovely nature all around from the house. Take a swim from the jetty, light the wood-fired sauna by the seaside. Take a ride with the boat. Cook over an open fire. Visit the ocean bath, cozy summer cafe, or farm shop nearby during the summer. In winter there are dog slopes not far from the house. Visit the nice ice track that stretches between the south and north harbor inside Luleå. Are you perhaps one of the lucky ones to experience the magical northern lights?

♥ Seawiev cottage ♥ Boat Fishing close to airp

The main cottage is suitable for 2 adults and two smaller children who can share a sofa bed . In the yard there are 2 smaller guesthouses with 2 beds in each. Plenty of parkingspace (14 min by car to Luleå center, 13 min to Kallax Airport). There is a trampoline for the "children" , travelbed and childchair for the smallest Wonderful view. Smaller boat is included in the price. There is a possibility to rent 2 snowmo. All cottages are heated in wintertime. Municipal water Wifi 4G

Lulea Guesthouse

WC, shower (sauna not for use) fridge/freezer, AC, near the nature. You sleep in a sofa bed for 2 persons in the livingroom. Not a real kitchen but you can make some food in a microwave oven (I can get you a 2 plate stove to use outside on the porch), coffee brewer, waterboiler. Good restaurant/pub 100 m, Lule river with beaches 200 m, Shopping area 2,7 km, Bus stop 1.9 km, Airport 8 km, Luleå city 7 km. Pickup from/to airport 200SEK/20€ each way if I am available (ask before)

There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Relax with the whole family or friends in this peaceful home with proximity to water. Modern for 4 people divided into two bedrooms. Large windows with great views and fireplace to burn in. Bedroom 1 has a double bed of 1.60 cm & Bedroom 2 has two single beds. Blackout curtains in both bedrooms. Private jetty for swimming and fishing in the summer and pimpling in the winter. Wood-fired sauna by the lake. Outdoor barbecue area with possibility to cook at muurikka.
