Holiday rentals with a patio in Lucena

I rarely stayed in such a good place. The apartment is super new, well equipped and comfortable – the air conditioning in the living room makes a lot of difference. The location is great, one block from the beach and with several options of bars and restaurants nearby. There are two excellent bakeries at the corner, which helps a lot in everyday life. And best of all: the private jacuzzi, which is simply sensational. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at Emmanuel’s place with our two kids (4 months old and 3 years old) and it was delightful. Building There’s plenty to do at the building itself. We used mostly the outdoor and indoor playgrounds, as well as the kids swimming pool, where the water slide was a hit. The place doesn’t have a restaurant but there’s a convenience store next door and a couple of restaurants just a stroll away serving the freshest seafood. Apartment The apartment was clean and had everything we needed: from kitchen appliances and cutlery to fresh towels and linens. What surprised us the most was the warm water in the shower - a rare find in João Pessoa. Also, if you have kids: the balcony has a safety net 👍🏼 Area The area is best discovered with a car. Public transport isn’t either reliable or safe - not specific to this area. There are a few attractions around, but the area is best for those looking for tranquil beach holidays - I don’t know what it is like in the Summer though.

Mr. Jordão was extremely attentive, solicited and patient with me and my family. The house is very good and well-equipped. The negative point of the stay ended up with me that I didn't notice the open gate at an exit from the condominium, which ended up generating some discomfort for the neighbors. But Mr. Jordão maneuvered the situation brilliantly warning me and calmed the condominium staff. I returned as quickly as I could to repair my misunderstanding. Outside to that was all very quiet. Emílio's house is organized, clean and cozy. We felt at home, our stay was quiet, some nearby streets have a beach, bakery, markets and the like. The location is excellent, right in front of the beach, next to the Cabo Branco park, close to excellent restaurants. Maria was very kind and allowed early check in and check out later which helped us a lot due to the flight schedules. The city is wonderful, with spectacular infrastructure. We love the days we spent in the city.

Viviane, is kind, super worried so that everything had the best way to welcome us. Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and fragrant. The kitchen is complete, has pots, frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and thermoset for coffee. It has a floor clothes on the balcony, has ironing and ironing board. Amazing experience in João Pessoa! Our stay was wonderful. The apartment exceeded all expectations: clean, organized, comfortable, well-structured and with an excellent location in Manaíra, one of the best neighborhoods in the capital. It is close to the beach, Manaíra Shopping, pharmacies, bakeries, snack bars, restaurants, Pão de Açúcar market and UPA. Excellent value for money. It is complete: washing machine, microwave, stove, sandwich maker, blender, TV, air conditioning, hot shower, bed linen and clean towels. It has a double bed, a single bed with an auxiliary bed, a sofa bed, a dining table and all kitchen utensils. The building is safe, monitored, with a great parking space and a quiet and family environment. The hostess was impeccable: polite, helpful, receptive, kind and always available. We feel welcomed and at home. We'll definitely be back!
