Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lucena

I would like to record my dissatisfaction with some situations experienced in the condominium: * Lack of understanding and dialogue on the part of the trustee; * excessive restriction on the use of laundry, requiring scheduling even when the space is unoccupied and depending on the owner of the apt to schedule * Smoking in the pool area, even though it is completely open and empty; * Unfounded charges and enforcement of fines without plausible justification; * Receiving a fine when quickly entering the condominium with my small dogs, the reason alleged was the presence of a large dog on the street; * Collection of a value considered abusive for an ozone treatment, supposedly to eliminate cigarette smell. I ask that these issues be analyzed with more empathy and common sense, seeking collective well-being and a more fair and balanced coexistence for all the condominiums.

Beautiful apartment with perfect location! Our stay at *Petit Noir Apartment*in João Pessoa was simply fantastic! From start to finish, everything worked perfectly, and we felt like at home. The apartment is stylishly furnished, very clean and equipped with everything you might need (kitchen utensils, comfortable bed, air conditioning, fast WiFi). The name *Petit Noir* fits perfectly: simple but with charm. Especially the balcony was great for relaxed evenings. Everything was sparkling clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh and high quality. Perfectly located- In a quiet area but still close to restaurants, cafes and the beach. Supermarkets are also nearby. The host was super friendly and helpful. Good tips for excursions and always available. Check-in went smoothly. We will be happy to come back. 🤩

Guilherme allowed you to leave your bags after checkout, which made it possible to use the day in João Pessoa. The house is excellent, has a differentiated infrastructure: It is equipped with top quality utensils (the bedding games of the premium suites are a show apart). The host takes care of every detail, is always available and very helpful. The beaches in the area are paradisiacal, so much so that our initial idea was to take tours but when we saw the beaches near the house, we gave up the schedule and stayed there. There is no trade very close by, so it is imperative to ensure food and basic medicines necessary for emergency cases. We hired Amanda (Host referral) to help us with the cleaning and cooking, she's great. It was an experience that was really worth it, that is the opinion of the 12 people who stayed in the house. I recommend and have plans to be back again. Thank you, Tom and Luiz, for the whim and for renting us this piece of paradise. See you later!

Wonderful house, we went on the 13th and it was unanimous, everyone loved the house. The host was very attentive, answered everything we needed, left enough mineral water for the period of stay. I highly recommend the house and the host!!!

Excellent house, clean, cozy and very welcoming environment. The house provides excellent privacy for families seeking a more private space. In addition to being close to several beaches, it also has a nearby downtown area with restaurants and a very busy border. The apartment is new, well-equipped. I found it a little warm, perhaps because of the location to the west. Consider that a car will be necessary to get around.

Viviane, is kind, super worried so that everything had the best way to welcome us. Flat is beautiful!!! We arrived and everything was clean and fragrant. The kitchen is complete, has pots, frying pan, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and thermoset for coffee. It has a floor clothes on the balcony, has ironing and ironing board. It was a very comfortable and lovely stay. I'll be back more often. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the accommodation, all clean, towels of good quality,equipment that meet our needs. I only missed an air conditioner in the room in case of accommodation of 4 people . Everything else wonderful. Thank you, Paulo.
