The cozy little cottage, overgrown with fragrant roses, was just the thing for a break. In the morning you wake up to the sound of birdsong, in the evening hedgehogs run across the terrace. An idyll with super lovely hosts who live next door. Lake Ratzeburg is about 15 minutes away by car.

The most beautiful & romantic accommodation we have ever been allowed to stay in! :) The small half-timbered house is very idyllically located in the middle of nature. We enjoyed watching the chickens at breakfast and even had the good fortune to spot a deer :) The kitchen is functionally equipped with the most important things, so you can prepare simple meals. And there are employment opportunities for rainy days. For those with a lighter sleep, I recommend bringing a sleep mask & earplugs, especially in the summer months, as the birds & rooster wake up early & there are no blackout options. The owners are very friendly, dedicated and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful days. We will be happy to come back again!

We had an excellent stay, the hosts were very accommodating and took time to show their animals to our toddler.

Unforgettable time in this beautiful house! Not a day went by when we were not fascinated by the house, garden and nature. Felt immediately at home and welcome. Information and excursion tips summarized in a book were super helpful. The garden is a dream for children (and adults!) - large with a trampoline, swings, sandpit and fireplace. Personal greeting card and fresh flowers in the house pleased us. House fully equipped, on request with bed linen and towels. Surroundings offer many activities: Karl-May-Festspiele, kayaking and bike tours, hiking and relaxing at lakes. We often used binoculars to observe animals. We highly recommend this accommodation and would be happy to come back!"

We felt very comfortable in the small cottage by the lake! The surroundings are a true paradise! We are there - surrounded by the wonderful old trees, the view of the lake and the many birdsong - immersed in nature and have recovered, as we have not done for a long time. We had a really good time in the accommodation. We were super advised about shopping and connections from public transport to the city center. The accommodation was clean and had everything you need to live. The location and surroundings were very nice. We felt well taken care of!

The apartment is very tasteful and equipped with all necessary items. The view over the harbor is fantastic. Restaurants and a small shopping area are within walking distance! Sabine was a great hostess in every way and we hope to come back again!!!

We had a very nice weekend at Gabriella & Burkhard's place! The apartment has everything you need, is quiet and has a perfect location. We especially liked the large terrace, the modern kitchen and the tennis court right outside the door. You can get to Lübeck or Neustadt super fast by bus and train. Also noteworthy is the super friendly communication before arrival with lots of information and the warm, personal check-in! Thank you again and we will definitely come back :)

Thank you for the beautiful accommodation. Communication with the landlords was easy and we did not have to wait long for answers. The cottage was very clean, super furnished with great attention to detail. The location is absolutely quiet, definitely recommended. We had a few nice days in the great, listed house. We and especially our dog found the terrace and the garden particularly beautiful. We would have liked to use it a lot more, if the weather hadn't thrown a spanner in the works. For this, we were able to relax in the barrel sauna and even got bathrobes (for an extra charge). That was great. Dajana and Frank were very friendly and accommodating. Although they were not present during our holiday, they invited us for a coffee at their stand in Boltenhagen. In the apartment, we lacked nothing, the cleanliness was also great. Special plus: there was coffee! We will be happy to come back! :)

we were received very empathetically by lia and her life partner. we found an apartment that exceeded our expectations: from a like apple to a newspaper, everything was available (things you wouldn't expect in a rented apartment)! thank you for welcome flowers and wine. Even a hot bottle was available. great connection to the bus and subway ... the way to downtown Hamburg was easy to manage (with the public and also with the bike brought with you) summa summarum: we felt well taken care of!

Astrid's apartment is fantastic. It is furnished with a lot of love and care and has everything you need. Communication with Astrid was very good, as I was helped immediately with questions. What I really appreciated is the privacy that was maintained, even though Astrid lives in the same house. I had absolute peace and quiet and was able to enjoy my time. In summer, as it is now, the apartment is pleasantly cool. The surroundings are wonderful and it is worth walking to the Kellersee, which is only about 5 minutes from the apartment. The city center can be reached in about 7 minutes by car. All in all, a wonderful stay. I'll be back for sure.

I was quite spontaneous for three nights in Lea's apartment and everything worked great. A very cozy and clean apartment with attention to detail. From the terrace, you can enjoy the tranquility and the view of the inland lake, and from the front, you can reach the beach in just a few steps. There are plenty of parking spaces and the parking pass gives you a small advantage. I will definitely come back again :)

The host is very responsive, she gave a initial tour of the apartment and showed where everything is. The property is in great location very near to nature. Nearby you have a Netto super where you have EV charging station

I was in Kiel for 5 weeks for work and I loved the accommodation! Thanks to the great weather, I was able to enjoy the sunset from the balcony every evening. The apartment is very nice and above all practically furnished. The beach is right outside the door and shopping was a breeze within a few minutes by car. Thanks to the private parking space, parking was always possible without any problems. The hosts were super friendly and always immediately available. If I have to go to Kiel again, I would definitely choose this accommodation again!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment! There is a blind for the window in the shower (for those who are also asking😉). The garden is a dream and we sat in the sun in the afternoon for an hour or two and watched the chicken gang during their laps. The street was quite noisy during our visit. The windows are super insulated - when they are closed, it's completely unproblematic. But we slept with the window open and then it was quite noisy. Maybe this will be better due to the leaves on the trees in front of the window, but everything was still bare with us. 🙂 The contact with Christoph was super nice, friendly and uncomplicated both before and on site.

Very quiet place, nice to be able to eat on the terrace. 45 minutes by public transport with its advantages or disadvantages depending on what you are looking for.
