It's also close to the Baltic Sea (about 20 minutes). The distance to the market square in Eutin is about 3 km.

Hello and welcome, Along the Bay of Lübeck or at the in-house lake in the beach chair on our lake terrace, the fresh sea air blows your mind free and lets you quickly forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our centrally located apartment is located between the beautiful Baltic Sea and the cultural capital of Lübeck. Both destinations can be reached in about 10-15 minutes by car. Hiking trails and popular cycling routes are right on our doorstep.

It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

Cozy vacation room in Lübeck Old Town

This small fine holiday room is in the heart of Lübeck's old town. The window goes out to the Aegidienkirche. Church and cars are sources of noise that can be heard through the historic (simply glazed) windows, but that's part of it here. If you are sensitive and don't like church bells, you may not be right here. The room has its own shower room and is simply Scandinavian. Sights and shops are within walking distance.
