Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

Can't recommend this place enough! It was simply perfect. We stayed with our 11-month old and they had provided all the amenities we'd need. From the warmest welcome, to being extremely responsive to anything we needed, Marija made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures and the location is spot on. You can walk into the local villages which had shops, beaches restaurants and Dubrovnik itself is only a 15 minute taxi away which you could easily organise with Uber. We were greeted with homemade wine and other treats which was lovely. Marija also called in a few times with fresh fruits and toys/gifts for our son which just made it even more special. We can't wait to go back!!

Exactly as advertised and true to all the reviews: spotlessly clean, super friendly host and ideally placed for trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Mlini all of which are little slices of heaven. We swam everyday and dedicated parking made life easy.

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

Villa Diana has one of the most beautiful outside spaces we have experienced in an AirB&B. A lovely pool surrounded by amazing plants and flowers covered with butterflies. The outside seating areas are lovely too, with views of the mountains in the distance. The outside dining area is shaded under a grapevine and the other seating area consists of sofas and a parasol - great for having a read and a cool drink. Having a covered carport was definitely a bonus in the heat! Inside, the house was clean and had all the bits and bobs that make settling in easy. The fridge freezer was a good size and the air con was great. A short walk from the villa takes you in to Zaton, where there are some restaurants, a bakery, a shop and two pebble beaches for a refreshing dip - which we did every morning. One of the best trips we did was by boat from Zaton harbour around some of the islands, stopping off at caves to snorkel and at the sandy beach at Sunj. A day trip into Dubrovnik is a must too!

Amazing location! This place has all the views and privacy needed to relax and unwind. Ante was Outstanding as our host, he was very responsive and gave great recommendations for restaurants, parking, and attractions. Would definitely return and spend more time!

We loved our time at Marijo’s place. It was super clean, modern and high spec, with great amenities. He’s thought of everything you could need. Marijo was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Si je devais résumer notre séjour en un seul mot je dirais : PARFAIT. Nous avons rarement eu un hôte aussi serviable, attentionné et accueillant comme Ivica. Nous le remercions encore pour son accueil et ses supers conseils ! La chambre était parfaitement propre et sentais toujours très bon. La literie très confortable. Le logement est accessible et le parking un gros + à Dubrovnik. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus. Je recommande à 200%

Maja was extremely responsive and kind, with instant local recommendations and providing anything we needed! We loved the house as it was clean, the perfect size, and a bit away from most of the tourism. We loved our stay!

Karlo was very helpful and responsive, especially when booking both airport taxi’s which was greatly appreciated! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, towels were lovely and the bedroom was comfy. The AC was a life saver for the very hot June days. We felt very safe and at home here. We knew that the area was going to be physically taxing but they weren’t joking about the stairs in previous reviews! Obviously to no one’s fault, as Dubrovnik does have lots of steps in general. But do bear that in mind as it wouldn’t be as easily accessible for those who struggle. Ubers were generally reliable and relatively cheap, €6-8 to the old town which was about 10min drive. There were many busses going all the time too. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend Karlo to anyone who’s visiting! Thank you so much :)

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Ihanan rauhallisella ja turvallisella alueella. Oma piha oli ihana! Ivecaan sai nopeasti yhteyttä tarvittaessa. Matkasimme teini-ikäisten lasten kanssa mutta arvioni mukaan sopii kaikille lapsiperheellisille erinomaisesti (pieni ranta lähellä, siisti asunto). Kauppaan ja kauemmaksi pääsi edullisesti Uberilla. Itkin lähtiessämme, pieni pala sydämestä jäi Zatoniin. Kiitos Iveca kun teitte matkastamme ikimuistoisen.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der Nähe von Dubrovnik verbracht. Das Haus liegt direkt an einem kleinen Kieselstrand, die Tavernen waren im April leider noch geschlossen, aber dafür war es ruhig. In der Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Wir hatten zu fünft viel Platz. Wir konnten innerhalb von 10-15 Fahrminuten Dubrovnik erreichen und die wunderschöne Altstadt besuchen. Unbedingt sehenswert sind die Mauern Dubrovniks. Ein Motorboot konnten wir in unmittelbarer Nähe (Marina Zaton) völlig unkompliziert mieten und somit auch von der Meerseite Dubrovnik, die kleinen Inseln Lokrum, Kollocep und Lopud mit ihren Grotten bewundern. Auch das Sportklettergebiet zwischen Dubrovnik und Gornji Brgat ist innerhalb von 20 Fahrminuten schnell erreichbar und sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wären wir länger geblieben, aber vielleicht schaffen wir es ja zu einem anderen Zeitpunkt einmal wieder in dem tollen Haus von Ana gastieren zu dürfen.

Daniel and Nika were wonderful. They welcomed us upon arrival. The location of the apartment is great. It’s a quick walk to Lapad and it’s not far from a bus stop heading to old town.

We had a lovely stay. An amazing view from the balcony, good location (20 minute walk to the harbour and 10 minute drive to the old town). Ivanna left us some great recommendations for restaurants and things to do which were all fantastic. She also arranged our taxi from the airport and greeted us on arrival. The accommodation itself was spacious, clean and well equipped. Would highly recommend.

Nautimme viikon kesäasunnosta, omasta rannasta ja kauniista kukkivien pensaiden ympäröimästä pihasta. Erittäin hyvä kohde majoittua lämpimään vuodenaikaan. En tiedä mikä olisi ollut parempi paikka meille, kaksi teini-ikäistä, kaksi senioria ja kaksi keski-ikäistä. Lauttayhteydet toimivat Cavtatiin ja Dubrovnikiin, samoin über kuljetus. Meillä oli vuokra-auto, mutta sesonkiaikana parkkipaikkojen löytäminen on haastavaa ja siksi julkinen liikenne suositeltava tapa liikkua. Rantaa pitkin kulkevan kolmen sadan metrin kävelyreitin kautta pääsee talolle, joten liikuntarajoitteisille paikka on ehkä hieman haastava. Marko on avulias ja ystävällinen majoittaja, joka piti huolen että mitään ei puuttunut ja avusti laukkujen kanssa. Viereisen hotellin uima-allaskin olisi ollut käytössä. Meille riitti meri, snorkkelit ja Markon kautta saatu Sublauta. Vahva suositus kohteelle!

We booked this beautiful place as a group of 4 for my husband's 40th birthday celebrations. Communication with Mato from start to finish was great, he was very responsive and even provided a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a really lovely touch. Location-wise, it felt private and had incredible views of Cavtat. I do feel like I should mention that it would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues as there are A LOT of steps and uneven ground. We were dropped off by taxi at Cavtat bus station and there's a short walk (no more than 10 mins) to get to Mato's place. The apartment itself is stunning, just like the photos. The beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. Fresh towels were provided during our stay and our bins were emptied. The outside space is gorgeous, we really enjoyed spending evenings in the hot tub overlooking the water. There are a few small jobs that need finishing off but it didn't bother us at all. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

Zoran’s place was the ideal spot to spend our three days in Dubrovnik. Zoran greeted us when we arrived and helped us get familiar with the space, and the apartment was clean and had everything we’d need. It’s is only a 15 minute bus ride from the Old Town, and the neighborhood is lovely and has lots to do. We thoroughly enjoyed the beaches in the area, and came across the šetinca walking trail which is MAGICAL. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Nikolina’s place was perfect - the views from the balcony are stunning (especially during sunset). It’s close enough to the old town by transport but also feels nice and peaceful. Views aside, Nikolina was a very responsive, helpful and kind host. We would highly recommend this place if you’re in Dubrovnik 😄

We enjoyed everything about this place. From communication, checkin, the apartment itself. We went to another city and missed the apartment already and want to go back. We got spoiled with the beauty of the interior, the space, and we did not miss anything!! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Highly recommended

Jozo’s place was amazing, but what sets it apart was Jozo himself. He was very hospitable and made us feel right at home. He was helpful to share tips on taking the bus to Dubrovnik and gave us rides to/from the bus stop. He also provided fruits, a pie and some groceries to welcome us and was responsive when we needed anything. The apartment is private but easy to get to with a car - takes less than 5 mins from the main road - there is a market and restaurants nearby. Amenities were also as indicated - there was even laundry detergent etc. provided if you want to use the washing machine.

Geweldig verblijf gehad bij Antea. Vriendelijk ontvangen met tips voor de omgeving. Makkelijk contact te leggen, snelle reactie. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Net iets buiten de oude stad, je bent dus zo in de stad maar hebt niet de drukte van de stad. Muren met de buren zijn wel dun, dus je moet geluk hebben voor een rustig verblijf. Absoluut de moeite waard, dikke aanrader!!!
