what an amazing find River House was for us, fantastic accommodation and views. Katarina was a brilliant host, always willing to communicate and sorted an issue we had very speedingly and going the extra mile. River House is very well equipped, clean and well maintained. If Katarina was not available her Mum would be there bringing us homemade cakes and preserves every morning, such a treat, we felt very spoilt. I would highly recommend, if you want a peaceful break in beautiful surroundings you could do no better

Fantastic stay, very remote but perfect for what we wanted and around 20 mins to the old town by car! Beautiful views and great amenities! Definitely recommend for a group break away :)

Just come back from a beautiful 3 day's here as a group of 4 friends. Apartment was exactly as described, if not better. Clean, peaceful and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. We got around using Uber, which was only 5 minutes into the old town and worked out cheaper for 4 of us than using a bus. Restaurants and bars around. Pool was a great addition too. Stairs could be an issue for some, but worth the climb for the stunning views, would definitely recommend and visit again!

Just finished our stay at Judita and wow what a beautiful place immaculate and the pool is just stunning. This villa has everything you need. A small grocery shop 5 min walk away and a lovely cafe/cocktail bar opposite the shop. Very easy to get into the old town only a 20 min taxi/uber ride. The setting is breathtaking and really peaceful. What makes this place extra special is the owners. They truly go above and beyond meeting us at the villa and making it feel like a home from home. They had lots of good recommendations, were brilliant with arranging transport and kept in contact with us every day. We left feeling we were part of the family. I would 100% recommend this villa.

Can't recommend this place enough! It was simply perfect. We stayed with our 11-month old and they had provided all the amenities we'd need. From the warmest welcome, to being extremely responsive to anything we needed, Marija made us feel right at home. The house is beautiful, even better than the pictures and the location is spot on. You can walk into the local villages which had shops, beaches restaurants and Dubrovnik itself is only a 15 minute taxi away which you could easily organise with Uber. We were greeted with homemade wine and other treats which was lovely. Marija also called in a few times with fresh fruits and toys/gifts for our son which just made it even more special. We can't wait to go back!!

Exactly as advertised and true to all the reviews: spotlessly clean, super friendly host and ideally placed for trips to Dubrovnik, Cavtat and Mlini all of which are little slices of heaven. We swam everyday and dedicated parking made life easy.

Nikolina was so exceptionally kind and lovely - from meeting us at check in to show us around, lovely gift of wine and fresh fruit, and then kind communication throughout. The home could not be in a better location - just 3 minute walk to the city wall gate. The home was perfectly clean and the showers were the best that I have had in a long time! Highly recommend!!

Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

Maja was extremely responsive and kind, with instant local recommendations and providing anything we needed! We loved the house as it was clean, the perfect size, and a bit away from most of the tourism. We loved our stay!

We loved Ivan’s place! He sent me very detailed photos on how to get in since we were arriving at night. Gave us very good recommendations for local eats and places near old town as well. Space was perfect for us 2 couples and loved being a bit away from old town. Highly recommend!

Karlo was very helpful and responsive, especially when booking both airport taxi’s which was greatly appreciated! The apartment was spotless and had everything you could need, towels were lovely and the bedroom was comfy. The AC was a life saver for the very hot June days. We felt very safe and at home here. We knew that the area was going to be physically taxing but they weren’t joking about the stairs in previous reviews! Obviously to no one’s fault, as Dubrovnik does have lots of steps in general. But do bear that in mind as it wouldn’t be as easily accessible for those who struggle. Ubers were generally reliable and relatively cheap, €6-8 to the old town which was about 10min drive. There were many busses going all the time too. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend Karlo to anyone who’s visiting! Thank you so much :)

this was our second time at Marko's place and it was amazing once more! very private, clean and comfortable house, very helpful and responsive host. highly recommended and we will be back for sure!

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

Great apartment with a stunning view. We enjoyed every minute of it. It’s not a big apartment, but it was great for a one night stay. It was clean, the bathroom had everything we needed. The was comfortable. The lights in the apartment were warm and cozy, we loved it. The view is so beautiful, we enjoyed our time on the balcony. The chairs on the balcony were great as well.

Ivica is very attentive to his tenants. We arrived 3 hours before the scheduled time and we were able to settle in immediately. The apartment is very well furnished (like at home). You'll even find sunscreen in the bathroom!! The terrace with sea view is the most remarkable point. We don't want to leave it anymore... We had some very nice excursions in the surrounding area. When we drove to Montenegro, Ivica gave us a route to avoid a long wait at customs. There is a very large selection of activities and we really appreciated the fact that there are far fewer people than in Dubrovnik itself!! Recommended without hesitation.... We spend two weeks in Trsteno house and we had a great time The house is located in a beautiful botanical garden with a stunning sea view. We loved watching the sunset, swimming in the sea, playing cards and spending time together as a family. One of the reasons I chose the house was, because I wanted a quiet and safe location. One of my sons is Autistic we wanted to keep away from busy hotels and holiday resorts. This place has it all. The house is clean, the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you want to, great shower and stunning views. Majas parents live next door and they are very nice people. Anka, Majas mum brought us some home grown fruit and vegetables. Ivo, Majas dad took us to Lopud island on his boat. Maja is one of the most helpful aquick responding hosts. I felt like I had a private tourist guide on my phone. I could tell she loves her country and has a very good knowledge about where to go and what to do. We loved every minute of our holiday.

Orsat is our first host in Croatia, and he gave us a very warm welcome — just like greeting old friends. Thanks to him, our journey got off to a wonderful start. His home is spacious and perfect for our group of four friends. With two full bathrooms and a guest toilet, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. The apartment is in a great location — close enough to the Old Town, but far enough to enjoy some peaceful momets after a day of exploring. We sometimes took taxis, but the bus was also super convenient. The neighborhood has everything you need, and is so close to the port with beautiful sea view… We kept saying we could happily stay for a whole week! Big thanks to Orsat and his lovely family!

We had a lovely 4 night stay at Villa Matej. It was spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location and views were beautiful. Walk down to nearest shop (Studenac Market) in 20 mins, or get an Uber to Dubrovnik Old Town in 10-15 mins. We enjoyed swimming at the pristine beach over the road and relaxing poolside at the villa. We also did a private day trip to Bosnia (Kravice Waterfalls & Mostar Old Town) which was so worth it. We stopped at Ston on the way which was picturesque and full of historic charm. Matej was helpful in recommending local boat trips and restaurants but we sadly ran out of time for a boat trip. We will just have to come back!

Villa Diana has one of the most beautiful outside spaces we have experienced in an AirB&B. A lovely pool surrounded by amazing plants and flowers covered with butterflies. The outside seating areas are lovely too, with views of the mountains in the distance. The outside dining area is shaded under a grapevine and the other seating area consists of sofas and a parasol - great for having a read and a cool drink. Having a covered carport was definitely a bonus in the heat! Inside, the house was clean and had all the bits and bobs that make settling in easy. The fridge freezer was a good size and the air con was great. A short walk from the villa takes you in to Zaton, where there are some restaurants, a bakery, a shop and two pebble beaches for a refreshing dip - which we did every morning. One of the best trips we did was by boat from Zaton harbour around some of the islands, stopping off at caves to snorkel and at the sandy beach at Sunj. A day trip into Dubrovnik is a must too!

I really recommend Mia’s place! It’s in a great spot - just a few minutes from the Old Town, but still nice and quiet. The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Mia and her mom were very kind, helpful, and quick to answer any questions.

Tomas and Zaklina were very helpful from booking thru checkout. The apartment was immaculate and the location was ideal. Tomas helped us get a driver from the airport and then took us to the apartment, and then his son drive us to the port to meet our cruise ship. They were the best hosts.

everything was perfect and we had a great time there.
