Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Loyola Heights

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

Kim is TRULY A SUPERHOST❤️she even went out of her way to help us with transportation. The place is a sanctuary in the middle of busy Malate and you will not be able to hear any noise once you’re in your room. We feel very safe and well taken care of by the host. I highly recommend this place if you are planning to be in Manila. Everything you need is right there such as great restaurants to eat and shopping places. One of my favorite AIR BNB ever! I am coming back! Thank you Miss beautiful Kim and your co-host who woke up at 4am to get us our ride to the airport!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

Out of all the AirBnBs I’ve booked, Jan’s place is the most seamless and flexible. What I appreciate the most is the early check in option - especially with the fact that our flight is extra early. Everything was spotless and it smells good. We loved the mini balcony design too. It’s walking distance going to gateway, but if you’re too tired walk it’s just around 2km grab ride away. Will def book here again.

I am so happy to find Joy’s unit in SM Grass tower 2, though short notice Joy was able to accommodate me swiftly and got everything covered for our overnight stay. The unit was clean and fresh! We got everything we need as family of 5 and Joy was so kind to help me with my son’s favorite pillow that we left in the unit. She was able to arrange for us to get it back rightaway. Overall was satisfied with our stay. There could be improvements to be made like the spoilt balcony door lock. The place was accessible to everything you need and it's easy to book a grab since I prefer to leave my car. The free parking was an added bonus. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

We stayed for more than a week and found the place to be very well-suited for a longer visit, with all the essentials provided—from kitchen tools and cookware to clean linens, towels, and a strong, reliable Wi-Fi connection. The furnishings were tasteful and practical, making the whole space feel warm and inviting. The location couldn’t have been better. The home is situated in a walkable area close to malls, restaurants, cafes. Derek was an outstanding host—communicative, helpful, and very accommodating. Even his wife, Gina, was kind enough to assist us with a couple of last-minute requests. If I was to stay in makati again, I’d stay here

I had a great stay at Ryan’s place! The unit is very comfortable and well-kept — perfect for relaxing after a day out. One of the best things is its location — just a short walk to Mall of Asia, which made everything so convenient, from shopping and dining to getting around. Ryan was also responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended for anyone looking to stay near MOA!

I was skeptical at first to check in at Grass but Hasita’s unit was the only one I saw with some sense of aesthetics. The room was as beautiful as the pictures and I can tell as soon as I walked in that the host invested on the quality of the appliances since it was all good brands. The place was near SM North Edsa which was very convenient. The place has several stores outside the building which were all at a walking distance. The best thing is that the room had board games which made our stay a lot more fun when we wanted to take a break from too much work. Would definitely be back! Ben’s place was such a great find—clean, cozy, and great value for the price. Communication was smooth from the start. Kathleen shared the check-in details clearly, and when I asked if I could drop off my bags early, they kindly offered to let me leave them with the cleaning staff around noon. On the day of my stay, Ben even messaged to say I could check in early at no extra cost—which was a huge help since I had an appointment in Makati and was worried where I could leave my backpack. The unit was spotless, the bed super comfy, and the linens and towels smelled fresh. The kitchen had all the basics if you wanted to cook. It honestly felt like a mini boutique stay. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place in Makati.

Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private pool was absolutely amazing and the house was spotless. Jin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our questions. We will definitely be back!
