Holiday rentals with a pool in Loyola Heights

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

It was our second time to stay at Andrew’s place and like last year, it never disappoints. House was clean and well kept. Whatever supplies we needed, we were provided. Small issues like the mics for karaoke not working was easy fixed. Gab and the staff were all very nice and helpful. We hope we can come back. Thank you for a great stay in 2 consecutive years!

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Booked the place in such a short notice—messaged the host 15 hrs prior to check in time; was pre-approved, then paid the rent an hour before check in time. All with ease and clear communication. The place is just as in the pictures provided. Rooms are big and have their own bathroom with heater. The nipa hut was clean and didn’t need a fan (although it was provided); it was very spacious. The pool has the same height in any area and may be a bit chlorinated but very understandable. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will recommend this place with no hesitation.

Our stay at Bernadette's Airbnb was fantastic! The listing was exactly as described, so there were no surprises — everything was just as we expected. The communication with Bernadette was smooth and she was quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole process stress-free. We were especially appreciative of the secured parking spot she arranged for us, which was a huge bonus in this area. The bed was super comfortable, and we got some of the best sleep we've had while traveling. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from utensils to cookware, so it was easy to prepare meals during our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Bernadette was a wonderful host, and we highly recommend her listing to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

We had a very great staycation at Tin’s Place. When I arrived at the unit, my first Impression was “wow, so fresh!” the scent was refreshing that I want it also in my bedroom at home. 😊 Her unit was pristine and quite rustic chic that calms your mood and make you want to stay longer. What you see in the photos is what you really get in person. Well maintained unit! 😊 want to book it again in the future, one of the best staycation place yet 🤍😎.

The host was very responsive and considerate during our stay. She assisted us very well from check in to check out. The unit has a great ambience, quiet and clean. They even have some toiletries for the guests to use. We’ll definitely recommend this to our friends who wants to have a brief vacation in the metro

The place was cozy and spacious for 2 people. Restaurants and convenience stores are also very accessible. Smart Araneta is also indeed near the place. What I also like about the place is that checkin was flexible and easy. The host was also responsive and replies for queries right away. Will definitely book the place next time!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)
