Nether Osland

This was a great find for us! Selda was a really helpful host who answered my messages quickly and was very helpful explaining directions, making up the single sofa bed for us and making sure it was warm when we arrived. We only needed to stay one night after visiting elderly family near Chichester and in the Southampton area! Selda’s little house was perfect for a good night’s sleep and for a nice warm shower and a quick cup of tea, coffee before we set off again. I feel that this place would be more suitable for couples really, we’re siblings so requested the single sofa bed be made up, it was adequate for one night but I wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on it for multiple nights. The accommodation is just as pictured, small but tidy, the bathroom and shower room were spotless, towels and shampoo/body wash provided. The garden area was very pleasant and just as pictured with the pool, some seating to sit out drink your morning coffee. We found this to be very pleasant place to stay.

Quiet & private bungalow annexe with parking

CallyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The home owner met introduced himself to us on arrival and was extremely friendly. The property was clean, absolutely spotless and smelt lovely too. The kitchen had a 1 litre bottle of milk in the fridge, bottles of water and a few snacks too, which was thoughtful and kind of the owners. The bathroom was spacious with clean bath linen available to use. My husband forgot his razor and was delighted that a newly packaged disposable razor was available in the bathroom vanity unit. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a brilliant night sleep. The outdoor surroundings were very well kept with lots of plants and it felt whimsical. It was ideal having a parking spot on the drive way too, so our car felt secure over night. We chose this property because of the reviews and photos, as well as being close to the Linden Tree where we attended an event. I absolutely would consider staying here again and would recommend to friends and family too.

Spacious room, own bathroom, breakfast.

We stayed with Liz for one night and we had our little daughter with us. Liz was so welcoming and had arranged a cot for her. We felt so pampered and cared for. Clean and nice bedroom and bathroom. Incredibly good breakfast with homemade yogurt and bread, which we were served in the bright and nice conservatory. I really recommend staying with Liz!

Palm Tree Lights

Instructions for where to park and how to access the accommodation (without needing intervention from the owners) were very sketchy, so I had to find their front door (inside a communal hallway) and ring the doorbell for help. Juan Carlos kindly came out and showed me where to park and how to access the door key to the accommodation (which was actually a mini apartment!). It is a completely self contained unit with its own door. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well maintained. Breakfast was not provided, but I’d brought my own so that wasn’t a problem. However, tea, coffee, and a selection of snacks WERE provided - and a pint of milk in the fridge! Very thoughtful. Crockery and cutlery were provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if needs dictated, and would highly recommend it to anyone requiring accommodation in that area.

The Shepherds Hut @ Friends Farm

We had the most wonderful stay at Sam's beautiful shepherd’s hut. The garden is lovely, the surroundings are stunning and there are plenty of peaceful walks in the area, perfect place for a nature recharge. The hut was spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed and every little detail had been considered. We felt completely at home. The chickens were a charming bonus and their eggs were the best we’ve ever had! It was super private and the hosts were respectful of our space while still making us feel welcome. Couldn’t recommend this place more. A perfect countryside escape!
