Holiday rentals with lake access in Lower Bavaria

The Klause is a nature pure wellness oasis in a beautiful and secluded location. The hot tube and sauna are definitely worth booking. Matthias is a great host who is very helpful and spontaneously fulfilled wishes (garden shower, sauna aroma). The house and property still has so much potential and you can feel Matthias still has many plans and is open to improvements. What's good to know: House is completely self-sufficient via solar power. Only 3 cars are allowed to park at the house, other cars are 1 km away. Hot water is heated in the boiler with wood.

We booked Nino and Claudia's private chalet for a break for two and what can I say... It was a "piece of paradise"! We enjoyed the peace and the private atmosphere very much and were also able to relax amply due to the offer of sauna and hot tub. Everything was very clean and wonderfully furnished with attention to the details. Using a handout, everything was described in great detail and everything was explained in detail upon arrival. Both check-in and check-out went very smoothly. The chalet has good connections and is very easy to reach by car. Within a few minutes you can get directly to Waldkirchen. There is a wide range of places or the like here. The parking is right in front of the house was also very pleasant. So all in all it was a successful stay with good rest. Thanks again to Nino and his family for providing us with this great house for our getaway.

The stay at Sky was great! The home was clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. Sky was a very friendly and helpful host – communication went smoothly. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

We have experienced Stefan as a very friendly and warm person who gives us the feeling that we are very welcome. The airbnb is a picture and the rooms are decorated with care and everything is very clean! Breakfast is great with delicious meats and cheeses and especially nice is the crockery in and on which it is served in a completely renovated authentic (with its own twist) farmhouse room! Very nicely done and we wish you all the best for the future😘

Communication with Walter and Martina was great, there was a lot of information, they were always available and very friendly. We recommend the place: the kitchen is super equipped, the bed was very comfortable, the sleeping gallery for the kids the hit. For very small children you have to be careful, because of the stairs to the sleeping gallery, unsecured sockets and decor/glass cabinets. We did not use the garden/games/TV, so we can't say anything about it. Everything was clean and tidy. We had a great, unfortunately far too short stay.

An absolutely tasteful, individually furnished house on a special plot of land by the river. And the whole thing embedded in a landscape that awaits exploration.

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" - the holiday home with balcony was shown there. On site, we were accommodated on the ground floor, but even from there, we had a wonderful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly taken up by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quick on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bed linen was a bit older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

Our holiday was very nice, the view from the balcony is great, we loved the possibilities to use the pool, ping pong table and sauna. Board games or a PS complete the offer from time to time on a rainy day. The accommodation is almost accessible, modernly furnished and also very suitable for families (also with baby). The contact with the landlord was very friendly and accommodating. A very clear recommendation for this place! Gladly again!

Very nice, especially Hauzenberg has plenty to offer. A granite museum, granite quarries, restaurants, ice cream parlors, playgrounds, swimming lake and many opportunities to do sports. Directly at the apartment there is a nice pool, a sauna with indoor pool. All in all very nice and recommended.

From arrival to departure: hospitality and kindness. Upon arrival, there was a nice cold beer in the fridge. What we immediately used together with the host. A very nice space that was fully furnished and where we could sit outside and eat in our "own" garden. A location where we, if we ever come back, definitely want to stay again. Everything was great, good place to stay.

I stayed at the house Haidmühle as a guest for a week. The apartment is located in a holiday home with 4 other holiday apartments. It is super clean and has a very modern bathroom. The wooden furnishings of the bedroom and the kitchen-living room give the apartment a warm and friendly ambiance. There are fully functional heaters in all rooms. A basic equipment such as towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. in the bathroom, dish soap, kitchen towels, paper towels and spices are present in kitchen, contrary to the listing. The kitchen actually has everything you need in a well-equipped kitchen: Senseo coffee machine and normal filter machine, a kettle, toaster, pots, pans, sieves, stirring and salad bowls, dishes, cutlery, cutting boards, an oven and even baking paper. The surroundings are fantastic. There are many hikes and excursion destinations that can be reached on foot from Haidmühle. I'd love to come back.
