Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Lower Bavaria

The apartment is very modern and newly furnished and was very clean. We were thrilled with the amenities. There are even bathrobes and children's toys available. Maryna was also available at short notice for questions and very friendly. We also enjoyed the swimming pool in the building very much. It is very convenient that you can reach it directly in your bathrobe via the hallway and staircase or elevator and not have to leave the building. We can fully recommend the apartment and will definitely come back.

the accommodation is a dream! very quiet location with large terrace and Asian garden. The perfect way to get in the mood for a visit to the nearby Nepal Himalaya Park. We felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and functional. Everything worked out!

The apartment surprised us very positively. It was equipped with everything a man needs. Not only all kitchen appliances, but spices, tea, even cappuccino powder. There were flyers about all the activities nearby, and various books. The facility was familiar, inviting, clean, no unpleasant smells, with a beautiful view. Wellness area also top. The owner is very nice, helpful, recommended.

We stayed with Kerstin for two days and felt immediately comfortable. Superbly furnished apartment, prepared and furnished with a lot of love. It was something very special. On the day of arrival, it was a big wow effect. Again and again we said it's beautiful. Not to mention mega cool pinball that we could use. If we come back to the area, we try to get a place with Kerstin first.

We had a wonderful time at Konrad's place. The apartment was decorated with a lot of love, cozy and thoughtful – you immediately felt comfortable. The area all around is quiet, harmonious and ideal for unwinding in nature. We were able to completely unplug and recharge. Thank you for the wonderful time – we will be happy to come back!

We spent 5 beautiful days here. The apartment is very well equipped. There was everything you need. Check in and out was very easy and straightforward. We especially loved the small swimming pool, gym and sauna, which were right in the house. There is also plenty to do in the village and the surrounding area, especially with children. There are also many great trails with a great view for hiking lovers. In good weather you can even see the Alps.

We stayed two nights with our daughter in the apartment. The stay was very pleasant and there were plenty of leisure activities. Communication was easy and very friendly. We would always come back :-)

Very nice and modern furnished apartment. We were a total of 2 Adults and 2 children. In terms of size, it was perfectly adequate for the number. The complex is a bit outdated, but you won't notice it at all in the apartment. It is renovated and very well equipped. You can tell that someone has thought about the furnishings. We thought it was very good that there were enough sockets and numerous possibilities to hang clothes or towels. The beds were also really great! Check in was absolutely hassle-free. We received a very detailed description of where we had to go and where everything could be found and in general the communication was very pleasant. The facility is really great with children. There is a small swimming pool in the basement and a large playground outside and the area also offers a lot of excursion possibilities. A clear recommendation from us!

Betty is very nice, accommodating and accommodating. Communication went smoothly, she was always available. The property is the same as the listing. We were on site with our small child. We will be happy to come back. We can recommend the apartment.

Nice place to stay, good amenities, lots of recreational opportunities in the resort, hiking trails outside the door.

Overall, everything was great. The rooms are well equipped. Normally, a tour of the buildings would have taken place for us. Unfortunately, a move from our host has delayed communication a little, so it didn't take place. Nevertheless, everything went well and there was always a response. However, if it turns out, we would book again, now we know more:)

Small but nice apartment, cozy, top equipped and really super clean. We were there as a family of 4 and absolutely satisfied. The apartment is in one of two well-kept '70s high-rise buildings, connected by a communal area (free of charge): table tennis, kicker, air hockey and swimming pool. Perfect for our boys!

We would have preferred if we hadn't had to go home. Pure relaxation and COMPLETELY comfortable. Can you recommend reservation for people who just want to relax and enjoy nature.

I would have given 10 stars but there are only 5 so I would like to say that Matthias is a great host and his place is a haven. The pool feels like heaven and the view of the oberhause from the pool is worth watching. Looking foward to come here again

We stayed with Yvonne and Karl for 11 days over New Year's Eve and would do it again at any time. The luxurious and eclectically equipped house had all the amenities we needed to recover and regain strength for us. Even with a toddler (8 months) it was no problem as long as the little one doesn't get from A to B. We will definitely come back again if the little one is old enough to be able to walk safely through the house. Until then, we wish Yvonne and Karl only pleasant guests and the best for the future ! Reiko is incredibly service minded and has a great home for 4 people. Nothing was missing, and Reiko was quick to respond if we asked anything. The only thing we missed was air conditioning in one of the rooms when it got incredibly hot. We would definitely recommend his place to others.

The place is really nice, the room is comfortable, and communication with the host was always friendly and smooth. I had everything I needed and can only highly recommend it.

I booked the accommodation due to further education in the castle. Communication was impeccable. Any questions I asked were answered quickly and helpfully! The two are very accommodating, open, friendly and I still very much enjoyed sitting and chatting with them in the evening after my exhausting day. I felt very comfortable from the first second. I booked again directly for my next training weekend! I'm already looking forward to it :)
