Holiday rentals with breakfast in Lower Bavaria

We booked both rooms at Nicole's for one night at short notice. A very large, bright accommodation with plenty of space and its own small terrace corner. We had the apartment to ourselves. Nicole is very likeable, attentive and caring. I'm happy to recommend them.

Beautiful clean rooms, a check every day to make sure everything was still enough in the room. We were allowed to use the shared fridge. Breakfast was great, everything amply provided and delicious fresh coffee. 900 meters from the Bikepark and via the secret trails we arrived at the property from the elevator 🤙

I had a wonderful stay at Ricarda’s place. The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. Ricarda was a fantastic host — always friendly, helpful, and attentive. It was very easy to get from Regensburg by bus, which made it even more convenient. If I come back to this area, I’ll definitely try to stay here again or recommend it to my friends. We spent one night passing through in the guesthouse and were very satisfied with everything! The breakfast was prepared with a lot of love, included regional and homemade components and was very delicious. We'd love to come back :)

The place was even better than the photos, the bed was very comfortable and Maike and her husband were very friendly, kind and helpful!!

Birgit is a very kind host. Although it is not a guesthouse, she has set us the breakfast fresh every day and made coffee. We were still able to leave our car after checkout and go to the toilet again before our departure. In the immediate vicinity, various bus lines run into the city ( recommendation: Stadtwerke Landshut App).

A dreamy patch of earth where the host's love can be felt. If you are looking for a magical place for a break and still love the proximity to the city, this is the place. The beautiful Nepal Himalaya Pavilion can be reached quickly in 8 minutes by car and worth a trip. Barbara is a warm host for whom a good cappuchino belongs to the service in the morning. Will be back thank you!

Barbara is an eloquent woman and runs her home like a palace for her guests. The breakfasts were a nice surprise and were great. I would happily go back if I have the chance to be in the area 🙂🙂

Light, bright and easy to find apartment. Modern furnished. Essential and super useful parking space but poorly placed at the back of the parking lot stuck between a wall and a rail, beware the paint shards when opening the doors... The neighborhood is well served by Bus, and an Edeka is a 5-minute walk away, great! Christoph can be contacted very easily and answers questions quickly and efficiently. At night, the street is very transient and noisy (we came in April 2025, it was nice and hot, and I don't think I can turn or sleep with the windows open in summer...). In the apartment, nothing is missing to be able to live there on a daily basis except a washing machine: it is in the description of the listing but it is not in the apartment, where is it? For us, French who do not practice the same sorting of waste as you in Germany, we found no clear instructions, thank you for making an effort in explaining these ...

We were personally welcomed by the landlord. Everything went smoothly. There was super delicious and regional breakfast and on top of that tips for things to do. The accommodation is highly recommended for families with children of all ages. We will be happy to come back.

Lovingly furnished apartment, a bit off the beaten track, but with a bus stop to the old town five minutes from the door.

Great host, very friendly. Room is clean and spacious in a well decorated house. In the morning the lovely Gertraud serves a solid german breakfast with fresh bread. The house is in a small, quiet and beautiful village, but not far from highway / autobahn number 3. Recommended place to rest after a long day of travel !

We stayed here for a wedding. The check-in worked out great and the arrangements were very friendly and flexible, as we were not yet sure what time we would arrive. We felt completely comfortable!
