Very nice apartment in the middle of Istria! Ideal for reaching Rovinj, Pula or Opatija in a short time. Beautiful quiet location, perfectly equipped. Emanuela and her family welcomed us warmly and even showed us their wine cellar - including tasting. Lovingly restored stone house with well-kept garden and parking right by the house. Highly recommended!

Staying at the cottage was amazing, felt like we were there for weeks because it felt like home. The place is spacious and has everything you need for a cozy nature getaway. The location is perfect, short drives to hiking paths, the sea and the city. Mirna is a lovely host so definitely 100% recommend this place.

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

Gordana is a very kind and helpful host, available for all kind of requests and questions. The place itself is very tidy and true to the pictures close to the sea and city center.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had a great time at Irena's place. the welcome is perfect, the beauty of the accommodation, cleanliness, hospitality with local fruits and products, cool drinks even for children, sea view, accessibility to different places to visit as well. a very peaceful place with magnificent views. Everything is really perfect . Thanks so much for everything.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We had a lovely week with my family. The house was beautifully decorated and the amenities were nice. The pool allowed us to have a pleasant time with the children. Having a barbecue was a big advantage. The house was full of privacy. We had a calm, enjoyable time. The host was friendly and kind. We recommend it to everyone. A beautiful home with a location and amenities that you won't regret!

We spent 14 wonderful days in a special place, away from the crowded tourist spots, in an impressive landscape. We experienced our hosts as very friendly and helpful people who designed the house tastefully and authentically. There is everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome, superfluous things were dispensed with, which we found very pleasant. There were three of us (2 adults & toddler) and we had such a great time! From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea. The newly equipped apartment really had everything we needed. Marko and Jakuv are very nice and were always available to us - even for our "special requests". We will be happy to come back!

Tanya was very kind to us, she saw that according to the documents my wife had a birthday and made a very touching gift in a video of dessert and rose, we were very pleased! everything was very clean, quiet, close to the sea and on foot and by car, a beautiful house. Tanya is a very bright person and this reflects the quality of her services, it is the highest level!

Nice, clean and well equipped apartment with an amazing view. We really loved that balcony with the sea view. Good location, everything is walkable distance (supermarket on the corner, restaurants and beach are close as well). Entering in the apartment was very easy. Irena was cute and she helped us a lot. The bathroom is very tiny, and the only huge problem is finding a parking place. We were hunting every day to find a spot, but actually it’s a really big problem throughout the city. Highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartament, very clean and cozy, perfect for a short to medium stay. The house is actually very well furnished, like someone actually lives in it, unlike some bnbs that are just filled with cheap furniture. The balcony has a very pretty view, there's a table and some chairs to sit down and eat with an extendable tent above. The place was clean, towels were neatly folded on top of the bed ready to use. The host was also very understanding for a small delay we had during check in. Would definetely come back again.

We stayed with 4 adults and one toddler. We liked it very much, 👍 which was really great that we could check in and out flexibly. Everything was modern and nicely decorated. Our highlight was the view from the pool. especially in the evening a dream 🥰 We can definitely recommend the place!

Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location with a super nice and friendly host. The apartment is located directly in the port of Volosko with an amazing terrace and sea view out of every window. We fully recommend to stay in Petra's place when you're in the area.

Maja is a lovely host, very warm and welcoming! I arrived by bus from Zagreb and she picked me up from the bus stop in Brseč. The village Brseč is very lovely. The studio is cute and feels a bit like a cave, but a very clean and well equipped cave :) I have cooked my own meals and it's great that in Brseč there is also a little supermarket. The view from the terrace is indeed spectacular and it's so nice to spend time there, hearing and seeing the birds, looking at the insects and all the different plants, the beautiful skies and off course the forever blue Adriatic Sea. I look forward to staying here again!

Franko and his wife were cordial and gracious hôtes. Their house is in a beautiful and peaceful setting, 10mn up a winding road from Koper. Although walking to and from town would be challenging, parking is abundant and inexpensive in Koper, and Franko's house is a great base for exploring the area's attractions. We would be delighted to stay there again.

The moment you open the front door you have a view of the bay right through the apartment. Unforgettable. The apartment is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has all you need for a few days at the seaside. A big mall is in walking distance with EV chargers in the park house. Free of charge. Great.

Room with a small and charming bathroom, very close to the center of Abbazia, in an excellent location and equipped with everything. Very kind hosts also to indicate where to leave the car. Perfect, to remember!

We had an amazing time in Irenas Happy beach Apartmen! Such a cozy place and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need! The view is stunning and it’s soooo quiet. We just relaxed and in enjoyed the silence. The sea is amazing and the spot directly in front of the house is also awesome for snorkelling! We found all sorts of fish, crabs, starfish, shrimps! In a 10-15 min walk alongside coats you can reach two beach bars, really cozy. In Rijeka you can shop everything. And in addition to all that, Irena is such a welcoming, friendly host! We really enjoyed our stay, thank you Irena!
