We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

As a family of five, we spent 14 days in the beautiful Villa Sentona. The house is beautifully furnished, with great taste and many useful details. It is bigger than it looks in the photos. The beds were very comfortable and everything was exceptionally clean. The garden has grown in the meantime and offers not only privacy but also a relaxing ambience. The pool was amazing and was cleaned several times a week. Everything was perfect, we absolute reccomend Villa Sentona and Boris, he is a very nice host.

Es war eine super Unterkunft für eine Woche! Man benötigt auf alle Fälle ein Auto, damit man zu Buchten, Märkte. etc kommt. Sehr cool, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Badezimmer hat. Auch der Griller und der Pool auf der Terrasse sind echte Highlights. Einzig der Lärm von der Strasse ist etwas störend.

Notre maison de rêve!!! Quel endroit magnifique. C’était encore mieux que nos attentes. La maison est décorée avec goût, accueillante, rénovée mais garde son cachet. La piscine est juste sublime. L’intérieure comme l’extérieure, 10/10. Zoran nous a fait des recommandations locales géniales. C’est un hôte attentionné et très gentil. Un endroit calme et paradisiaque pour des vacances tranquilles, près de tout sur l’île (à moins de 30 min de voiture des attraits). Nous recommandons cette maison pour votre futur voyage, un incontournable!

nice rustic house. About 4 min drive from the town and 9 min from the beach. Lots of space in the garden, gas and wood grills, lawn chairs and hammocks, and No mosquitoes!. Very quiet to enjoy the view and relax. Kristian was very reachable and met with us for the check -in and to show the location. Narrow road to access but in very good condition.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war super schön, sehr sauber und top gelegen. Die Übergabe lief reibungslos und bei Fragen oder kleinen Problemen war sofort jemand erreichbar – immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön fanden wir die vielen Tipps und Empfehlungen von Benjamin zu Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Umgebung – das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht. Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal in dem wunderschönen Haus von Nejc. Es ist einfach eine Wohlfühloase! Ein tolles Haus, das mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet wurde. Es ist alles da was man braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen. Der idyllische Garten hat uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue erfreut und auch unser Hund liebt es dort. Um an die Küste zu kommen muss man 20 Minuten mit dem Auto einplanen, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Nejc ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer erreichbar ist und trotzdem absolut die Privatsphäre seiner Gäste bewahrt. Wir werden ganz sicher wieder kommen! Danke Nejc!!!💖

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Alles war super schön! Wir hatten einen ganz tollen, sehr erholsamen Urlaub! Der Empfang und auch der Abschied waren sehr herzlich. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit allem was man so benötigt. Absolute Privatsphäre mitten in einem Olivenhain und gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die Küste, nach Pula, Rovenji, Medulin usw. Auch Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz nah. (Tipp von uns: Steakrestaurant Šantamarina Premansturska Cesta 157, Pula – 5 Autominuten). Der beheizte Pool und die schöne überdachte Terrasse waren einfach klasse. Dino kam nach vorheriger Anmeldung zum Poolreinigen vorbei. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, Dino und seine Frau waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben stets sehr schnell geantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!!! Vielen lieben Dank noch mal, lieber Dino - auch an deine Frau, für diesen wundervollen Aufenthalt :-)

Dejlig bolig, med mange faciliteter og et skønt udeareal, som vi brugte hver dag. Gåafstand til supermarked og nemt at komme til både by og strand med offentlig transport ☀️

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Wunderschönes Haus mit herrlichem Pool in sehr ruhiger Nachbarschaft! Das Haus ist relativ neu, schön möbliert und mit sehr gepflegtem Garten. Alles gut klimatisiert! Sehr bequeme Betten! Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß ca 15min auf einem geschotterten Weg (Fahrrad und Kinderwagen tauglich!) Kleines Lebensmittelgeschäft in unmittelbarer Nähe! Alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht!

Wir haben uns in diesem schönen Ferienhaus im wunderbaren Städtchen Bale sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Altstadthaus wurde geschmackvoll und hochwertig modernisiert, ist blitzsauber und komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit Christine und vor Ort mit Iva war sehr angenehm und hilfreich. Um es kurz zu machen: Ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Hallo Renato, Mira und Martina, Eure Villa ist wirklich ein seltenes Fundstück. Innen- sowie Aussenbereich sind liebevoll mit vielen Details ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir verbrachten 8 wundervolle Tage bei euch und haben jeden Tag in der Abgeschiedenheit von Poljane genossen. Wunderbare Strände befinden sich maximal 25 Minuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation von vor der Buchung, nach der Buchung, der Anreise wie auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war vorbildlich. Liebe Grüße, Dieter und Margareth

sehr schönes kleines Häuschen, in absolut ruhiger idyllischer Lage, mit Blick auf das Meer. Man kann sich überall im Garten frei bewegen mit absoluter Privatsphäre. Wer Ruhe, Stille und Erholung sucht ist hier genau richtig und in ein paar Minuten kann man mit dem Auto nach Brsec fahren, wo es zwei Lokale und einen kleinen Dorfladen gibt . Jadranka’s house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area. It is the perfect place to relax and have a break from the daily life. The communication was very smooth and Jadranka warmly welcomed us in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need a car to access the house and explore the surroundings. The house is well equipped, but don’t forget to bring your own basic products (salt, pepper, olive oil, detergent for the laundry). The swimming pool will help you cool down on warm days (even if the air conditioning in the house is already a big plus!). Overall a very nice stay!

La maison de Meri est chaleureuse et joliment décorée, elle dispose d'une terrasse avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie. le lever du soleil est magnifique ! Une autre terrasse dans le jardin pour manger quand il fait très chaud. Meri nous a accueilli personnellement et nous avons passé de bonnes vacances au calme. Attention toutefois, les routes sont escarpées et les plages assez chargées en août ! nous avons profité du calme de la maison et de sa fraîcheur lors des fortes chaleurs. visite à Rovinj, rafting en montagne, restaurants de poisson et expérience de plongée sous marine !
