Wonderful place to stay. Very clean and comfortable.

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s house. Very comfortable accommodations. Everything we needed was there to enjoy our time at the house. Close to everything fun in Bentonville. Her restaurant recommendations were great. So glad we chose this spot.

My husband and I booked this place last minute when we decided to cancel our float trip because of the weather. The giant windows were perfect to watch the lightning and the house was really unique and a prefect place to get away for the weekend.

Ramya’s place was clean and peaceful. Right on the lake front. Beautiful porch on lake side. Porch was screened in too. Rec Center with pool was just a few minutes walk. It was nice too.

Chris was great to work with! His place was clean and had so many great extra comforts of home!

Great home for a family or group. Large main floor bedroom with en suite. All other bedrooms are upstairs. Inside the home was very clean and well appointed with lovely decor combining modern elements with fixtures and features true to the history of the home. A unique property. The drive to the home is lovely and we enjoyed evening walks as well as rocking on the front porch. Justin was quick to communicate, and when we made him aware that the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one delivered within an hour.

We loved our stay. Everything was better than described, especially the view. Our 4 year old loved the "Forest home" and all the toys that were available. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!

I had a great stay at Darrell’s place. The house was spacious, peaceful, and made for a very relaxing week. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, which added to the overall comfort. My only suggestion would be to improve the WiFi speed. As a traveling professional who relies heavily on video calls and online work, fast internet is a must. However, if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway and internet speed isn’t a priority, I highly recommend Darrell’s place. It’s a perfect spot—peaceful, comfortable, and conveniently located near Eureka Springs, Rogers, and Bentonville.

The house was great. It was a perfect fit for my family, which consists of my wife and I with three adult children and one son in law. It is located in the perfect spot on Beaver Lake, especially if you’re bringing a boat, because Ventris boat ramp is right down the road. House was very clean and well organized, which made finding extra linens, pillows, and blankets very easy.

Our stay was absolutely delightful. I don’t think there’s a single thing to complain about. The house was beautiful and fully stocked (and then some), the host was quick to respond when we had questions, and the location was perfect. It was neat being nestled in the woods on a quiet part of the lake yet only 30 minutes away from a few great towns. Can’t wait to go back! Side note—the pictures don’t show the dock. There’s a private dock for swimming, fishing, etc. This was such a nice surprise, and we spent a lot of time out there! But bring bug spray!

We absolutely loved our time at cedar creek point. It’s a wonderful venue for a large group of we had plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and to gather. The location was private and nestled in nature which was a very restorative setting for our weekend retreat. Communication with the host was clear and check in and out were both super easy. I’ve been to this location before with another group and was happy to return. I look forward to our next opportunity to return!

This home was a great place for a holiday getaway for a larg(ish) group of mothers and kids of all ages. The deer in the front yard and the deck's hot tub were both big hits for everyone. With so many people in the house, water pressure was a bit of an issue but the hosts were prompt to communicate about it with us. Overall would recommend this place for anyone's Eureka Springs visit.

LOVED staying here at this beautiful home! It was so perfect for our long weekend away. Beautiful views, scenic drives, and the house was absolutely adorable. Super cozy and comfy and also a short drive to down to do things if you wanna get out. 100% recommend this stay and the hosts !

We had a great stay at Michael’s place. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy a long weekend with our two families including 5 kiddos under 6. Great place for kids! We had fun kayaking and exploring Hobbs state park. Michael was very responsive and gave great recs!

We had a great stay! The space was clean and comfortable. Red was very responsive if we had a question. He is very knowledgeable about the area and provided valuable insights. We enjoyed our conversations with him as well as his generous hospitality. We also enjoyed looking at his collection of unique items. It is a very peaceful place that is alive with only the sounds of nature. We even awoke one morning to deer outside our door. There is a swing with a beautiful view of the garden to enjoy too. Getting to experience a beautiful sunset, the flight of bats, and some fireflies in one evening…..priceless. I highly recommend the Bat Cave to anyone that appreciates nature at its finest as well as a unique space, with a great host. Thank you Red for everything!!

From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home! Extremely clean! Just a beautiful place inside and out. So peaceful and loved drinking coffee on the deck and watching the sun rise while the rooster crowed. We are planning to stay there again next year. It was our best experience ever with an air bnb!

We have a large family that was attending a wedding in Eureka Springs. This place had plenty of room for us and bathrooms to get ready and was 30 minutes from the venue. Everyone complimented the comfy beds which was so important being away from home. We also had time to enjoy a night around the fire pit with smores. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

The Cliffhanger cottage is the perfect place to get away and relax. It’s the perfect size for 2 people. It was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen. I would definitely stay here again!

This house is amazing. I can’t say enough about it. The location is 12-ish minutes from Bentonville and 20 to Rogers. If you enjoy some singletrack, there is a trail literally to the left of the house if you’re looking at it. The deck is super peaceful and you’re surrounded by beautiful trees. Clinton has done an amazing job making sure you don’t feel like you’re missing anything. There’s a great coffee maker, full utensil sets and even plastic, kids’ plates, cups and utensils. There are clear instructions on how to use the amenities (cold plunge, sauna, hot tub). I’m definitely coming back.
