In the nearby area, there are hiking trails, nature reserves, lakes, canoe rentals and fishing. The cottage offers a sofa bed on the lower floor, double bed on the upper floor. Fully-equipped kitchen. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Not suitable for children 2-12 years old due to steep stairs to the upper floor. Works for small children if only using the downstairs.

Two public swimming areas are 300 meters and 2 kilometers from the cottage or by boat across the lake. High season June, July, August rented whole weeks with changing Saturdays. Our wooden house is located on a beautiful, raw natural plot of land all the way out to Lake Mata. The large window section creates panoramic views of the lake, and breaks down the boundaries between indoor and outdoor life. The house accommodates 12 people and has six unique bedrooms, two bathrooms in beautiful raw materials, a kitchen, and a cozy integrated living room. Add 2 km and you will find Bykrogen in Liatorp. 7 km south there is Älmhult with shops and restaurants and of course IKEA and IKEA Museum. Fishing is available both in Såganäs lake as well as Möckeln and Virestadsjön.
