I loved the apartment of Carlos very cozy, well distributed spaces , quiet sector, tired security at the reception of the condominium, I would definitely return, excellent location, what stood out most is Carlos's willingness for any query.

Beautiful view, quiet, private and noise-free place (we came in low season). It has direct access to the beach. The apartment is comfortable, has the basics of a home (carry garbage bags, toilet paper, toiletries). We carry everything, sheets, a frying pan and even bed down (we are scrupulous on some things). There are frazadas, but they notice used and unclean. The bathroom has mold, it smells like mold (consider if it's something you can't tolerate, because it's tired). The view, the solitude and tranquility of the place are worth it, it is what we expected and we would stay here again, however, you can see that in high season it is crowded.

We arrived and everything was clean and tidy... super equipped and well maintained... Jaime is super friendly and expeditious... Everything is fantastic... we'll repeat...

The depto is as shown in the photos, everything is very nice and cozy, which made our days at the beach comforting and comfortable. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear. Definitely a place to recommend 100%!.

very nice and impeccable and quiet to relax. location lomas de puyai at 1.3km about 15 minutes walking to get to the beach. nearest convenience store past the lagoon bridge 15 minutes walking you can cut your way past the terrain of the horses very quiet area for walking and jogging or cycling.

The bad thing that the Depto is for 8 people but there were dishes for 4 ... everything else was fine

Great house, very comfortable and had an amazing view. Just as a suggestion I would add stairs to be able to go up to the cabins.

We had an excellent experience at Catalina's house. From check-in , where she greeted us and showed us the house personally, until check-out with clear instructions and flexibility in the hour of this one. The house was spotless and beautiful , nicely decorated , good sheets and bedding , unbeatable ocean view, and a very quiet environment. Very well equipped house with everything described in addition to an excellent grill that we occupy for an asado. In short , everything was excellent. 100% recommended

Beautiful, clean and cozy cabin, it has everything for the stay, very good location, it is very close to Zapallar beach, 15 min walk, while you go all the way along the promenade of the coast, walking quietly. Also very close to restaurant the Chiringuito and the rich empanada of La Caleta. Highly recommended cottage.

I would only recommend improving the curtains of the double room since a lot of light comes in from very early and the TV in the double room was not working, the rest was all perfect.

Everything was great communication. From the beginning and as the date approaches I provide us with all the necessary information for the stay. Everything is clear. The super comfortable apartment, spacious living/dining room. Excellent location, 2min walking inside the condominium to get to the beach that is at the door. It has a small boulevard/strep center with everything you need to buy for the stay.

It is very nice to arrive and that the person who receives you (gives you the keys) is as welcoming as Raquel is. As for Pamela, she is a host who is very attentive to your calls and questions. She is very efficient, empathetic and friendly. The apartment itself is cozy, quiet and quite comfortable. As for its location, the sun only hits you in the morning, which makes it very cool. You can also look out on the balcony, which is quite large, and you can see the sea. I hope to return.
