Our suite is light, clean and private. Your personal entrance through ground level french doors looks onto a private patio. Due to CA drought we no longer offer baths, just shower. We live upstairs with our small dog & foster kittens. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a 5 block walk to Sweet Springs Nature Preserve and a 10 minute drive to Montana de Oro. We welcome solo travelers as well as couples. NOTE: LISTING PRICE IS FOR ONE PERSON, $25 ADDITIONAL PER NIGHT FOR 2nd GUEST.

Beautiful backyard guest house in Los Osos. Comfortable and cozy, peaceful and private. There is a fold out couch perfect for a child. No kitchen but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven and a hot water kettle. Enjoy the adjacent hot tub and private fenced in yard. Not a place for loud parties, just some peace. You will be walking distance from Baywood Park and the back bay. 10 Minutes away from Montana De Oro State Park and Morro Bay. About 45 minutes north to Hearst Castle

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

I have stayed in a million Airbnbs over the years and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. The house was impeccable, pristine and so beautiful. The view is incredible. Sitting on the patio at night and watching the sunset or sitting in the hot tub under the stars was the best part of everyday. However, as incredible as the house was, April and her team were the real stars. They were so responsive to all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. I have never had such a responsive and caring host. I will be dreaming of coming back here as soon as I can! Book it, you will be so glad you did!

Sulli and Vanessa’s place was perfect for a weekend break from the Fresno heat. Comfortable, well equipped and great location for restaurants and bars. The private yard is also handy if you’re traveling with a dog. We had a great time and will be back soon.

Roni's home was exactly as pictured and described--well-equipped, tidy and clean, with a spacious outdoor area. Ideally located in Los Osos--close to various cute cafes, restaurants, bars (within a 12-minute walk, although mostly everyone drives it seems). It was also a quick 15-minute drive to Montana de Oro--with its lovely (and easy) hiking trails. Roni was extremely responsive and shared some very helpful local recommendations. For light sleepers, I'd recommend bringing ear plugs and an eye mask.

We just got back from a wonderful week in beautiful Los Osos. We were in town to visit family that lives right down the street, they have a a couple dogs, that Kylee was happy to let us have visit the casita, and they loved all the room to run and play. The house is exactly as pictured, perfect for a couple, and would also work well with a couple of kiddos. We used the hot tub several nights, the sky was clear, stars out, and the weather was nice and cool for long soaks after walks through the beautiful, at the end of the block, Elfin Forest. The bed was perfect not too soft not too firm. The kitchen was stocked well, Kylee even had a basket of goodies and drinks on the counter, to welcome us, very sweet:) We come out to Los Osos sometimes twice a year, and we usually stay in Morro Bay @ the Harbor Suites, but from now on, if this home is available we will stay here every time! Thank you Kylee for sharing your little piece of paradise❤️

From the moment I arrived I loved the place. It smelled so good and clean. It was spotless and there was everything I needed. The brita in the fridge was such a nice touch coming from someone who forgets to bring extra water when she travels. It was a 15-20 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The walk back is a little strenuous but I enjoyed the built in exercise. I slept so well. The bed was cozy. The little patio in the front made me feel at home. The shampoo and conditioner was such good quality I would love to know the brand. The sheets and towels smelled divine. As a single traveler I would come back again but it easily fits two people.
